They told me they had steel wheels in stock for my new Tundra. I scheduled an appointment to have winter tires put on the wheels and then have them installed on the truck. I asked the service and parts department to make sure they were there for my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, they claimed to not carry that size in stock. I left, angry and annoyed I had taken time off work for this. Three hours later they called to tell me they could get a set of rims from another dealer and have the work done later that day. No thank you - I'll have all my future service and repairs done with a dealer that respects its customers and thier time. read more

We have owned a Toyota for more than 10 years. Since we moved to the Vaughan area, we tried a couple of dealerships in the area. Maple Toyota is by far the best Toyota dealership we have dealt with. Pasquale, the service manager, does an amazing job of keeping customers happy. I have used the shuttle service a couple of times, they have been on time. It does require a little bit of waiting but not much. You can get some breakfast or lunch while you wait, at the cafe. The food is really not expensive and it's good. read more

Service department is just terrible. I have never seen such rude and unfriendly service advisers (especially Claudine and Daniil), you always have to wait before they pay attention to you. Their attitude is that they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. Lately, it is even pointless to book an appointment, you show up at your appointment time and they tell you that you have to wait for 2 hours before they can even look at your car... Excellent service all the time. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Definitely a worthwhile visit all the time. Last time I had the Toyota hitch installed. The Toyota hitch won't sit flat below the bumper. So it's normal that this hitch has to be installed by a professional, which the Technicians at Maple Toyota are. They follow company guidelines and installational instructions according to the part and as it shows on their computer, which details how it's installed. The bumper has to be cut to fit the hitch, which they did with precision and neat finish. I'm happy with their service. It was Matthew who installed the hitch, Darryl was the service advisor, Julius was the parts order clerk. They were very couteous. read more

So, I met Pasquale. He went above and beyond the call of service. He has his best technicians to check and service the RAV4. ALL the items I have concerns with are being dealt with. He explained to me about EVERYTHING they will be doing. It is all going to be worked on. It IS going to be done. It IS going to be done right. Yes, they understand and know, looking at the history of our vehicle, the problem(s) should not have happened. I keep going to get my RAV4 serviced at Maple Toyota. I really have to say, since Pasquale was recruited, changes were made for the best of the business. I would not go anywhere else. Others may choose to. My suggestion, don't go from one place to another as the service department will not know you.... or your vehicle. You won't build a client base relation. It can help in the long run with maintenance or when buying another vehicle at the same location you get your vehicle always serviced up. read more

I didn't see any recent review on this Toyota dealership so gonna add one based on our purchase not long ago. We were referred to this dealership by a very close family friend. Although we drove all the way from Mississauga to Maple Toyota, the trip was worth it. We already had a general idea of the model we want to get. We ended up buying the brand new RAV4 Hybrid XLE 2018 on the same day, and we were very happy with our purchase. What made this possible were the 3-person tag team. First was Ankur Gupta, the sales manager, who was very polite, knowledgeable, transparent, he explained to us different buying options on the car we had in mind and went through the different payment scenarios. He gave us the best pricing possible, based on what we pointed out/our budget, that we were most comfortable and happy with. He made sure we were taken good cared of during the entire buying process. When we did not get the car insurance policy from my car insurance company right away, he even offered another car insurance contact as an alternative, which was very nice option to have. After Ankur, we proceeded to meet with Jason, and Kevin. The 2nd person was, Jason Mu, the product advisor. After speaking to Ankur, we went to test drive a typical RAV4 with Jason, and he explained the different features of the RAV4. They did not have the actual Hybrid RAV4 for test drive as the driving experience was virtually the same as the gasoline model, which was fine with us. Jason made sure our documents and requirements were in good order (there were many i.e. driver's license, old car ownership, car insurance/coverage, void cheque, odometer, VIN#, pictures of the old car) and he kept constant communication through email, phone, and mostly text to keep us posted on the arrival of the RAV4, and other relevant information. During the delivery of the RAV4, he stayed late to make sure we got the car. He guided us in signing the documents and showed us the RAV4 we bought (will talk more on this towards the end). He was very patient and was able to answer my questions. The 3rd person was Kevin Khandan, the financial manager. Kevin has a good sense of humour and is experienced with financial topics. He offered us warranties and protection plan and explained what benefits they have and differences between them. We were also offered discounts, lower deposits, and bonus protection based on our overall purchase, so it was a big YES for us. When we got the yellow contract paper on the delivery day, there were many figures that we didn't understand, so we asked several more questions on the figures and he was able to answer them while also working on a few deliveries at the same time. He was very patient and cool. In general, Ankur, Jason, and Kevin were very helpful, approachable, and they worked in tandem and as a team to make sure we were happy and had a great buying experience. And it was not just all about buying the car that they promoted but also the future services and maintenance of the car, which I look forward to in the future. Regarding the RAV4 Hybrid on delivery day, it was very clean, shiny, including the tires, the same way I have seen the cars from the auto show conventions. Jason made sure the common and safety features were turned on and showed us around the car. He was even very kind to take a picture of us with our new car. Our RAV4 was parked in the garage, so it was more private and secure, and the odometer was showing 55km when before driving it off. It was a fun delivery day driving off the RAV4 with that immaculate condition. To summarize our overall experience, we were happy with Maple Toyota and our new RAV4 Hybrid car, with the help of Ankur, Jason, and Kevin. We are very satisfied, and we strongly recommend others to Maple Toyota. read more

Poor customer service, and long waits for shuttle service where any other Toyota dealership I've dealt with would offer a taxi if their driver is too busy. Also the parts counter is nearly useless if you have a car that's 10 yrs old or over. You'll often hear, "We don't carry that part." and then you'll be dismissed with absolutely no solution to your problem (they didn't even offer to try to find and order the part for me!!) The condensing tone with which the service staff talk to with customers is appalling. For being middle men these staff have heads the sizes of water melons but brains the size of peas. And dare you complain to the manager about his staff. He will defend their rude behaviour to no end. Also don't take their wait times at face value. Used their website instructions to book a service appointment online to change to winter tires. Arrived at booked time after fighting traffic for an hour only to be told they don't have my tires and you need to phone for an appointment for tire change. It doesn't mention this requirement at anytime during the online booking process nor did I receive a follow up call saying I needed to do this over the phone. Very poor customer service! Terrible service! When the car was initially purchased there was a chip on the windshield and one of the break lights were out. Toyota refused to fix it after making it clear to us that the damages would be covered. When we tried to get a hold of the sales advisor Andrea, he became non responsive. We have been given the run around and have been told lie after lie. At this point we are beyond frustrated and fed up. One last attempt will be made by contacting the sales manager and if those efforts fail we may need to seek legal action. read more

Started off OK when I moved into Vaughan and booked my first service with my 2015 4Runner. A follow up to make sure everything was good. Dropped the truck off and walked into service Two people sitting at service, one on his phone and the other on the computer. No other customers around. Stood in front of the service desk for a few minutes not even being acknowledged. Finally a can I help you from the guy actually working on the computer. Booked in the service then waited around 20 minutes for the shuttle. Service was supposed to be done by 4, no call or followup. I called and had to leave a message and finally service called back and said they would send someone to pick me up. They show up and have someone already in the car and pick up myself and a colleague also having a service done. They had a Camry and the driver announces he has yet another pickup south of us. 25 minutes later we arrive at the final pickup (I was 10 min south of the dealer in traffic), jam the 3rd guy in the back seat and we begin our 30 min trip back to the dealership. Of course when we get there, service is closed and people are scrambling to get us the key and to cash out. The service was do OK but I had it detailed and that wasn't done very well, they didn't even clean the door jams and their was streaks all over the bottom ($250 not well spent). Fast forward a week, my 4 runner is actually stolen from the driveway overnight. It was kay keyless entry and start so either Toyota has a hole in their security or someone cloned the key. So written off by insurance as reluctantly I head back to Maple Toyota to look at a Tacoma. Walk in and ask the receipt is anyone wants to sell a car, she says yes and pages sales. I wait 10 minutes at reception while a bunch of suits talk with each other and still no sales rep. I look at her and say I guess not and then walk out. I still love Toyota but if this is he service quality I can expect in the area I may be forced to look for alternatives which really sucks. read more
