I have purchased my last 2 cars from George Sairoglou and I can't tell you how amazing it was in words. The age old story of "being taken advantage of at a car dealership raises its ugly head again". Unfortunately this seems to dictate that there is some truth to this and that is why it still exists today when then automobile is still less than 150 years old. Why are so many unethical people drawn to this industry like magnets on metal (cant say what I want about flies becuase I could not publish that in good concience). I purchased a second hand truck from here and afterwards sought out some help to have my Tundra detailed. Explained that it has been sprayed with oil from the road and the contractors were paying the bill. There was a price of $500 agreed upon for detailing in and out. When the truck was ready - was presented a bill for $699 plus tax (not as agreed and 40% more). This bill was paid by the contractor. In good faith I approached the dealer - asked my contact to have the owner call me - -that request was ignored. I contacted the owner who came back to me - only by email - stating - I have checked this - work was performed - bill paid by other not you. Its like he is stating that it is ok to rip off someone who was a decent enough person to pay for thier mishap. It was OK - to overcharge them more than the quoted amount. I was wrong for stepping up for what is right. My truck was not detailed properly - the truck was never even waxed. What they did was not more than a $700 wash job. So .... be careful. BEWARE ...... better yet .... BE ANY WHERE ..... except here. I did not find them to be honerable, honest, caring or even close to real. I can only speak for myself - but .... if there was no truth in this review - why ... why would someone spend the time when it cost them nothing out of thier own pocket? All I can conclude myself is " its easier to train your customer to pay more and expect less than to be an honest establishment" - but that is just my humble opinion as a disabled, senior citizen who reached out for help. read more

My mother is a senior citizen and has purchased 2 vehicles from here. They are so conscientious and caring of her vehicles and most importantly her as a client. They send her discount coupons for oil changes and wash her car every time it's in for routine service. Its to the point she looks forward to bringing it there! read more

Came by earlier today to get a touch up pen for my new car. Given that I came in the late morning, there was not a lot of people in the dealership, I was helped immediately. The service was quick and I was out of the dealership within minutes. For some reason, the prices here were a lot more affordable than dealerships farther away. I recommend others to come here instead for better, friendlier service, and more affordable parts! read more

NEVER DO YOUR SERVICE AT THIS DEALER. they like to charge whatever they like, never follow the price they advertised. I did oil change here few times and got charge different price everytime. First two time still acceptable but the last time they charge me $9x instead of$7x which is just within three months. The reason was"luxury car charge different" what the.... They will take your advantage if you didn't ask the price in advance, bir mistake if you believe their price list. read more

I would give them zero star if I could. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service in the service department. I got a recall notice for my Toyota over 2 months ago. I called to scheduled an appointment to bring my car in. My appointment has been rescheduled 3x already and each time it was me who have to call them before my appointment to check if the replacement part was in. If I didn't call, I would have brought the car in for nothing. I understand that part may not be available, at least call me to let me know. But NO! They don't have such courtesy. Maybe they are not so keen on servicing recall customers. Long story short....its been months and my recall issue has not been fixed and I don't have an appointment to fix it as they now have no clue how to order the replacement part or when it will be available. I am looking into getting a new Toyota vehicle next year. Now I know I won't be shopping at this particular dealership even though it's closed to home read more

If you can avoid going to this dealership for service. They have no idea what they're doing. I was going in for an airbag recall and didnt have the part for over a month. Each time I'd have to call half a dozen times to confirm weither or not I should come in. Incredibly unprofessional. Never bought a car here before, but we do own a Toyota Rav 4 (purchased from Markville). We lost a gas cap from the engine bay, and while every dealership didn't have it in stock (with a 3-4 week wait), I called Stouffville and Raj was super helpful and prompt with calling me back to tell me he found something that would fit. We brought the car in, and he tested the cap and it fits! He also tried helping us look to see if the original cap mightve been. I have no hesitation coming back to this location for all of our future car needs. read more

One of the better dealerships I have been to, I've been coming here for service on my vehicle for three years now. The staff are polite and friendly, and unlike some other dealerships I feel far less like they are trying to rip me off and actually trying to work with me on the best solutions. The dealership itself is bright and clean, and there is a spacious waiting area with a great childs play area. A couple months ago, I was in a situation where I had to fix my car as well as service my car and having just moved to Stouffville and having a car where the body was essentially that of a Prius, I decided to brave it and go to Toyota instead of my usual Lexus...and I'm glad I did. From beginning to end, my experience there was fantastic. Luke and his team in Service really knew their stuff and were honest and down to earth. They even let my little dog come in when I had to pick up my car one day and one of the staff members even treated her to a Timbit! They also knew me by name, which made the experience that much more personable. My car came back cleaner than it ever was and I felt like they did an overall awesome job. I NEVER write reviews but based on the exceptional service I recently received here, I just had to write. The service staff was tremendously helpful and really knew their stuff. Even though I live closer to 2 other dealerships in the GTA, this will be the only one I ever take my vehicles to for service. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirmation reminder, which is great for someone constantly on the move as I am. Being anew dealership i wanted to support local business and bought a 2013 van here. But whenever i took it in for service the workmanship was below par and it seems every apprentice was working on my van. The last star was taking my van in for the sliding door recall. In one day i took the van back to the dealer no less than 3 times, as the door did not work after they "Fixed" it, next they left wires hanging, etc. I asked to speak with the manage and to this day i have never had a call back. to add injury to insult i contacted the salesman who sold me the van and told him my story and he basically said their management would not do that. I told him i was in the market for another vehicle and if he could quote me. HE TOLD ME WHY WOULD I BUY A VAN FROM SUCH A DEALERSHIP I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH, he was 100% correct. I bought a vehicle at another dealer the van was repaired at Aurora Toyota, which now employs a former stouffville "mechanic, who knew exactly what was wrong with my van. While not the worst service, the advisors seem to be the problem. They are bordering on rude and condescending. Their knowledge isn't great and they recommend service items that aren't required, given the symptoms presented. Toyota really needs to get their act together to understand what a good customer service experience is and enforce that process. No ability to go beyond what the computer(s) tell them to do or what's wrong with the car. It would be great if Toyota care more about our dealership experiences than they seem to today. read more
