The free hearing test told my story. I needed to upgrade to a model that would help me control sound levels through my iPhone. My older hearing aides were basically very hard to adjust for my type of hearing loss. Once I upgraded to this technology I am now able to adjust the sound levels and save favorite settings. Very comfortable. Mike taught me how to do these adjustments (with patience and his exceptional knowledge). I never felt pressure to purchase and I recommend this office. Sometimes having correct settings make the difference between wearing your hearing aides or putting them in a drawer through frustration.
