I really love how they keep the bottles of beer cold in a bucket of ice right in the middle of the table....especially when it is locally brewed Bohemia beer...my favorite. Once we placed our drink orders, we were settled in for a 3-hour experience with a wide variety of some of the best meats on the planet. Of course we started with the salad bar which included everything you could imagine including a full wing of sushi and sashimi. While the Japanese staple might be a surprise to many in a Brazilian BBQ, there were actually a lot of Japanese immigrants that came to Brazil after WW II. While Japanese are not the dominant ethnic group here, they definitely have a presence and the sushi underscores that fact. The salad and sushi were good but the various cuts of beef and pork barbecued on skewers were friggin' fantastic as always. The Tropilha Grill scores a solid 4.25 stars.
