For starters when I asked about how long it would take I was told "15-20 minutes" which turned into about an hour. During that hour I witnessed unprofessionalism and disrespect. The person who washed my car had changed my radio while moving my vehicle and mind you they spent more time changing the radio than actually moving my car. When I asked them about it they laughed it off. Also while moving my car the owner ran over one of the cones and did not apologize. When I confronted him about it he was unapologetic and made it seem like he did nothing wrong stating "a cone won't do any damage, do you think I'll damage your car on purpose". Lastly the person detailing my car told me that the rubber weather stripping "came off" and he did not touch it... luckily I was able to pop it back into place but I'm sure it doesn't just do that one day out the blue. All in all, this was a bad experience. The car wash and detailing would've been worth the $35 but given the experience, I should have just did this myself.

I was told by the assistant manager that their insurance company would take care of it and when I never heard from them I started trying to reach the manager, Mike. I have done everything I can possibly think to do to reach him. The phone number for both of the car washes isn't answered, and doesn't have a voicemail. I tried calling that number probably no less than 35 times at different hours throughout the day and different days of the week. I also started going there throughout the week hoping to catch Mike there. I started feeling badly for the assistant manager who clearly had seen this happen before. I finally started calling the Go Clean car I finally started calling the Go Clean car washes in Pensacola because they're related according to Sunbiz.org. The two in Pensacola had a voicemail and no one would call me back. I left probably four or five voicemail messages. I turned the whole thing over to my insurance company and they Tried to get in touch with someone and also found it to be impossible, so after the work is done, they're going to go after them through their own legal Processes. The other thing -- be forewarned if you get the monthly membership, there is no way to cancel it. There's nothing on the receipt you get that tells you how to cancel it, they have no website, and no one answers their phone. My bank finally had to turn it in under their fraud collection. I think this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I am very serious in my sincere warning to anyone, do not go here!

Almost everyone of them have parts of their machines, broken certain things that do not work inside the car wash things that damage your wheels and this car wash absolutely has the best maintenance the best wash the best chemicals , and the results are evident at the end of this car wash by far superior than any other wash in Tallahassee and the ceramic coating that is put on at the very end they don't rinse it off like most vehicles they blow it off and it leaves your car super shiny. They are positive, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. They go out of their way to help. From their patience at Eat's Southern Cooking with a large order during their busiest morning time to one of their checkout clerks helping me to my car with my order, they make my visit a pleasure. That, in turn, makes me pass other closer gas stations to get to this one! In today's negative customer climate, thanks for your awesome customer service! While I'm on the subject, Eat's Southern Cooking is a gem. Located within the SunStop, they serve a traditional buffet-style country breakfast and lunch that is superior to many regular restaurants. Don checked us in/ collected the payment and was super nice letting us know about how long it could take as well as gave the option of contacting us once it was done. Price: We got an emergency tire replacement for a little over $100 with our car type which was pretty decent. Service time/location: We were on our way out after an hour and were able to go across the street to the nearby shopping plaza while we waited. Covid precautions: Don't quite remember a masks required sign at the door but all customers inside were wearing masks. There was socially distanced seating & self serve coffee available.
