My mistake for not testing oven with wired ThermoWorks probe within the warranty period. Once I did, with the oven set to 375 degrees, when the probe showed a temp of 329 without the oven reheating, I turned the oven off, immediately turned it back on and set it to 375 degrees. The oven then displayed an internal temp of 325 degrees and started reheating. So much for the temp staying within 15 degrees of the set temperature after spending $1,200 on repair work.

He then stated, "I can't get your dishwasher to do what you say it's doing. I don't even think we could order parts for a dishwasher this old." Guy then stood there demanding payment of $75. He stated he refused to communicate with our warranty/claims people, write up a worksheet, or do anything without payment. This guy did absolutely NOTHING. He stated he does not bill his work and if he left without payment he would send me to collections.
