incompetent, inefficient and ineffective- they sent me a…read morecheck and 8 days later they stopped the check because they "calculated it wrong" never sent a letter, a notice, an email or a phone call- just placed a stop payment on this check. check already cleared my account and was recalled and returned causing my checks to be returned. when I contacted the company to send a wire for their mistake and even after being escalated 5 times- they said they can only request this to be done- having no idea if and when this will be done. Now another 10 days have gone by and no wire sent yet. when escalated 4 times, we are just being told that she can not communicate with processing dept and can only escalate again and still has no information. still to date- no wire, no payment, no explanation. like talking to a brick wall.
