In the beginning, I was constantly contacted for more and more information. I sent document after document showing the affects of the zostavax vaccine on me. It gave me shingles which exacerbated my crones disease. They assured me that I was going to win. But I have just learned that my case was dismissed by Judge Kaplan with prejudice. -Update 1/10/19 Still nothing. No returned phone calls. Edward Lehman was said to have left the firm even though I spoke to him 1 week ago. He did not mention leaving. Yazmin hung up on me and STILL to date has not returned my calls. Now, speaking with my 6th attorney on this case Philip Brewish. Terrible as they come. I've filed a complain with the Bar Association. Will update on the results of filing. Same situation as Arnold and Amy. Something is fishy. I'm patient and can wait because I know the U.S. Legal system is very unbalanced. However, I've been with them since 2015. I settled about a year ago closer to a year and a half now and STILL NOTHING. No pay out. I call; one paralegal left, I call; the other individual on my case left, I call; I get un-returned voicemails. I call and finally get someone. I get the horse and pony show. Meaningless words to quell my agitation. Now I'm hearing another month. After this was suppose to be paid out and done two months ago. I'm being told the courts want this and that, I have to sign this over again (Although I signed those documents already; and was smart enough to ask for copies). I'm being told I might have to sign them over again and again.. just a delay tactic. I'm about 2 weeks away from reaching out to the insurance company and asking them any bits of info that this law firm is neglecting to tell me. I've delayed job transfers and opportunities because I need to be here should anything actually develop in this case! I'll be reaching out to another Law Firm in a few weeks or so to have them advise me on maybe moving my case from them or what else I can do. I feel bad to have to sit here and write such a review but.. I'm compelled to. I keep getting the run around.. or told nonsense. If I ever have a case I rather NOT sue than to sue and deal with this firm EVER again. I'm physically, mentally and emotionally drained with dealing with these people. No transparency, no keeping me informed. I just think everything is done with and has been done with but they are sitting with this in a trust/escrow account to make bigger gains for themselves. I'm tired. I want no more of this! Will reach out to ANYONE and lodge more complaints with the courts till I get information on this case or it is settled. Also note Marc J. Don't bother with these people unless you want COMPLETE and total AGGRAVATION.  I am a senior citizen and while watching a YouTube video, it was interrupted by a commercial from a Law Group, Morgan and Morgan...(these people MARC J. BERN are associated with and affiliated with the Morgan Law Firm) and in conjunction with represented me.... This was regarding the shingles vaccination Zostavax and the fact that they were handling lawsuits against the manufacturer for injuries caused by their drug....  I recall receiving the Zostavax vaccination, here locally (in San Diego).. and even so, despite the vaccination, I did develop a case of shingles (which my doctor later diagnosed). So I decided to give them a call.  Needless to say, the lady there, a receptionist / intake asked me NUMEROUS questions, MEDICAL questions, etc...... Even asked for my Social Security Number,  And actually had me sign a retainer agreement ONLINE... The entire process was close to 1 hour... I expected she would send me copies of everything including additional authorizations and questionnaires she wanted me to sign... And of course the executed retainer agreement....I told her I did not own a computer per se and I did not own a printer... all I had was my Android phone.... Surprisingly, a few weeks past, and I received nothing from these people... Finally, I called to inquire what was the delay.... While I was on hold for several minutes, (them trying to figure out how to funnel) my call... "John Morgan," one of the Partners, came on the phone (in a recording) telling his clients "how important they were to his firm and how they were going to do a great job for me".....Now you must understand, everything over there was anonymous... I was not aware which attorney, if any, was handling my case I did not even know what department to ask for.... My case, wasn't even called a case it was a "matter." Even then, I was transferred all over. Eventually I did receive a letter from Morgan and Morgan with an anonymous signature... I still had nobody's name.... They explained to me why they needed my questionnaire and authorizations... I called them back again, speaking to anonymous, told him that I had answered many questions over the phone and if they needed more information to send me HARD copies and I will gladly fill them out.... And I sent a follow-up email.  This was requested from both law firms including MARK J. BERN....Even after that, I took the time and sat down and wrote them a long letter explaining to them that I would be happy to fill out ANY and ALL documents they requested ....but I needed the HARD copies because I did not own a printer or a computer and I was doing all of this on my Android phone.... Again, a few weeks past, and I received another anonymous letter from Morgan and Morgan telling me that they needed my questionnaire and authorizations signed.... It was as if they haven't even bothered to pay any attention to my phone calls, my emails, or my written letter.... Needless to say I was thoroughly aggravated.... It was clear to me that these lawyers were not paying any attention to my correspondences ...I felt that they were totally inept, confused, disorganized, or too big for their britches..... So far, a really sad, sad, experience. What was really hilarious, is they sent me a lone email requesting me to "rate the firm"... Really???  How inappropriate was that? . So out of 5 Stars I gave them One Star and I wouldn't have even given them that.  It was funny to me,  how concerned they were about their rating...Hopefully they will get a copy of this Yelp report and they will get organized, get right, and start representing me like real attorneys would.
