Because of his years of experience, he was able to quickly assess the damage and quote me a price on the spot. By the same afternoon, I received a written proposal for my roof repair. After two weeks of accepting bids for my roof repair, I chose Dutch's. They were not the cheapest but I personally felt that Mr. Duchess had the best grasp of what needed to be done with my roof.
