He doesn't seem to be following his client separately, he gets his clients location and current process going on with the sale jumbled up. Example being he asked how Arcata was, we live in Eureka. Or advised us to do a repair in the bathroom and then said I didn't ask that. He uses a tactic of making phone calls, doesn't work with texts or emails, reason for this in my opinion is so there is no trace of the conversation. At first he was super helpful, but then repairs needed to be done on the house and that is where everything collapsed. He had some shady pest control company come and do the work. Our house is now a complete mess, we will need to get someone out to fix there mess. He also has a tenancy to try and push houses on you that are of no interest as he is all about the sale. Please be careful with Mike Pigg.
