There was also an incident with the plumber hired. Still not sure who was at fault in the miscommunication. It was either the plumber or rob, either way it did cost us $1000 more in the end. The last annoying part was when we requested a copy of the final paper work he said he would do us this 'favor'.... um no.... as a realtor you work for us and it's not a favor it's your job.
