We were able to get in on a Friday morning with no reservations. The placed was packed, but we were able to find some seats with a huge mess that the previous guest left on the table in front. We just moved everything to the side. Eventually someone came by to clean it up. Noticed they don't have beer, or liquor. At least I didn't see it. The food was okay. Enjoyed the salami croissant sandwich over the ham which was hard, and bland. Fresh apples were sour. The men's restroom had 4 stalls, no urinals. Not that clean either. read more

I forgot how inconvenient airports in Italy can be, especially without lounge access. If you arrive too early, you have to wait for a gate to be assigned to your flight. Fortunately Marco Polo Club was the perfect place to hang out and eat/drink for a few hours. It's a quiet, professional space with different vibes from movie theater to jungle chill. Might be because of COVID, but everyone needed to order any non-packaged food items like muffins. I grabbed a yogurt and fruit cup as well during breakfast hours, as well as a cappuccino made-to-order. Lunch involved sandwiches, but I wasn't feeling more meat and cheese. Strong WiFi and plenty of space to spread out. Love this lounge! read more

Marco Polo Club is a great airport lounge that not only covers the basics, but also gives enough space to actually relax in comfort. The one lounge covered by Priority Pass at the Venice Airport, the Marco Polo Club was definitely the much needed rest stop before the sad trip back home. With the stress of trying to figure out how to get to the airport and the long line to get through security, there was a sense of wanting to simply relax. The Venice International Airport is already nice, but I would highly encourage checking the Marco Polo Club if you already have Priority Pass! It is a very spacious lounge! Even after checking in and heading to the food line, I didn't even realize there was a whole other area with seats in the opposite direction. In addition to plenty of seats, they have WiFi and outlets for doing last minute charging. In terms of food, they have various hot food offerings that are put together on plate for you by one to two servers. While there are food options in the main food line, they also had desserts on the counter behind them. Although none of the food was amazing, they were obviously fresh and warm. The servers also do coffee orders for you. As a result, depending on the people ahead of you, there may be a little bit of a line, but it does tend to move fairly quickly. If you want grab and go drinks, they also have them available to take away in the refrigerator nearby. Overall, the Marco Polo Club is a great way to unwind before your travels when traveling out of Venice International Airport. read more

This is an outstanding club. I wasn't sure what to expect from an Independent lounge in a non-major hub airport but it's outstanding. It's a massive space spanning several gates above the airport with great tarmac and runway views. Different kinds of sections with different ambiences - a TV room, a forest room, different working spaces...basically there is something that would suit any kind of traveller! The buffet is currently serviced by attendants for some sort of covid reason, but the breakfast food was good. I particularly liked the rolls, especially the chicken canneloni. This club is a great asset for the Venice airport and a great model for other airport lounges...if only they knew about this hidden gem. read more

Overall, a very nice lounge. This Venice airport isn't huge, so the lounge was in a convenient location for getting to all gates. I accessed the lounge at 5am with my Priority Pass membership without issue. Even though I was there just after opening, the lounge was very busy. There were multiple areas to this lounge, including a main room where you could eat, drink, and work; a large room with ferns/plants all over, creating a relaxing vibe; a "media" room, with personalized screens at each seat; a quiet room; and bar tables with tablets to use. Since I was there so early, I didn't even notice the bar facilities. There were limited breakfast items, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, with no hot items. Just fruit, croissants, muffins, yogurt, and some sliced meats. There was also a coffee station where guests could wait in line for a cappuccino etc, but guests just wanting a bottled drink also had to wait in this line. The lounge was pretty spacious. It is quiet. There is a hot buffet but it is not self service. There are 1-2 servers behind a glass counter due to covid. I was at this lounge Thursday at around 10am. They were serving quarter slices of ham and egg sandwich, a small dish of eggplant parmesan, lasagna, some pastries and a few desserts. A lot of power plugs. read more

It's a nice clean airport lounge. I was here during the breakfast time. I was not too impressed by the selection of the food (mostly pastries and bread). However, I loved the fact that there was a barista making coffee drinks to order. Many airport lounges only have coffee machines, which spit out different coffee drinks from the same tube! So, I loved that I got to have a very decent cappuccino before leaving Italy. Unless I have several hours to kill, I would not pay to get into this lounge. The 3 Star is for the food/drink availability not the lounge itself. The lounge is spacious with a lot of different rooms to choose from and spend an hour or so before your flight. I think due to Covid restrictions the food area is not self serve, so there is a long line of 7-10 minutes to get a coffee even water. Hoping the restrictions go away soon. read more

Certainly a beautiful lounge and very relaxing. Especially compared to the cramped quarters of the gates. There was a great patio space, a dark movie room with several chairs and screens, and plenty of space weather you want open and bright or cozy and dark. My husband certainly enjoyed his fresh espresso. Now that area isn't self serve - place your order with the person working. I enjoyed the little chocolate "cake", it was rich and dense enough to be considered a brownie. I will say that at breakfast, the food is mostly carbs. Mostly pastries and then some cereals. Best lounge I have been to so far with Priority Pass. The food is really good, they have a huge variety of sweet and salty items, bottled water, soft drinks, beers and they have a barista that makes whatever coffe item you desire on the spot (difficult to beat this!). The view is amazing, right in front of the sea, bathrooms are super clean and the WiFi is pretty fast. Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely enormous lounge--it's deceptively small when you walk in, but there's so much more. It has ample tables, chairs, and comfy couches. The breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had but there are enough choices that everyone can grab a bite. They start bringing out alcohol around 11-so no Bloody Marys or mimosas, I'm afraid, and the lunch looked nice. They have free WiFi and even a lovely outside area with flowers (and a stray hummingbird!). They have sodas, juices, and coffee--and bottles of water for the dry plane. Lovely lounge. read more

Of the many airport lounges I've visited, this one is one of my favorites. The pastries range from sweet to savory and are delicious. There are a variety of drink options (juices, bottled water) to pair with your snacks, along with a full service espresso and alcohol bar. Plenty of seating with access to outlets and views overlooking the airport. There are quiet and personal areas for those needing to get some work done. As a veteran of airport lounges, this is a nice lounge. This only falls short due to the lack of a large selection of hot food and how some alcoholic drinks must be poured by the staff. Good selection of finger foods and drinks. WiFi is strong and the lounge is large enough to handle most large traffic. If you get here for free, you will enjoy it. Very nice. Good selection of rotating foods and drinks. Be sure to ask for an espresso or coffee drink instead of attempting to make your own. Nice atrium seating area, as well as an outdoor patio. The Marco Polo Club is a fairly standard international airport lounge. It has considerable seating, and I had no problem finding a quite nook in which to compose a quick Yelp review. It has a reasonable décor, which was not unpleasant to the senses. My only complaint is the limited food selection for breakfast vs other international lounges I've visited, including only high carbohydrate dishes. That said, if you're flying business class and have free access, it's worth a stop before your flight! After passing through security, take the escalator to the second floor, take a left down a hallway of moderate length, and venture through the automatic doors. read more

The flute of grappa, a nice latte, a burek (meat filled pastry), a fruit salad, a kyr (yogurt), a pear, some sweets, and I was buzzed, caffeinated, full, happy, and unable to sample the rest of the considerable assortment of food and beverages. Yes, the lounge is a fraction of the size of the Turkish Airlines lounge in Istanbul, but it's nicer than most United and Maple Leaf lounges. read more
