Zach the owner Was so friendly to us when we entered with our 3 YO son who is mesmerized with bikes. He talked to us and Was patient with us as we decided to come back to ride the next day as we had passed our window of time that day. The next day he hooked us up with two nice cruise-y bikes and a bike trailer. Super helpful and chill. We had a great time; the shop is neat and clean and the staff kind and not pretentious. Definitely recommend and would go there again for biking or any ski/snowboard rental needs.

It's awesome that I can call in the morning and they can usually have a tech out the same day to fix our machine. Rex showed me what to look for when we get a certain error and I was able to fix the error on my own when it popped up just a few minutes ago.
