I asked if I could have the sales price and she said no. She was mocking the fact that I missed the sale. She found it comical. I asked to speak to a manager but I guess no one manages the store. Then I went to their Sun Valley store to see what else they had and the sales lady there also laughed and said "too bad you weren't here yesterday everything was 30% off." We grabbed a couple nice, clean helmets and headed out on our journey to explore beautiful Sun Valley. 20 minutes in, my chain broke. I called the shop and they quickly went into action. The manager, Dave drove out immediately with a replacement bike. As it turned out, that bike had a problem with the seat. Without hesitation, he apologized and told us they would refund us fully. In addition, he suggested we return to the shop, get new equipment and still enjoy our day on the bikes. When we made it back to the shop, the original bike was finishing up repairs. The mechanic took it for a test ride and we were off, once again, on our journey. This is EXACTLY, the type of customer service we all wish for!
