The ribeye, priced at $33.95, carried mixed execution. tender in parts, but inconsistent with noticeable dry sections. The scallops arrived cold, which significantly disrupted what should have been a highlight dish. Service was not the issue. Atmosphere was calm, controlled, and easy to sit in without distraction. The space itself does not fight the experience. it simply holds it. They're pretty proud of their success. Now as for the food? It's hit or miss. The steak finger basket This was definitely something I would not order again. It was so overcooked and burnt, you could taste the oil. BLT I was quite surprised that this was actually decent. They buttered up the toast and plenty of mayo. The lettuce was crispy and refreshing. Bacon was crunchy. How can you mess up a BLT? Burger The Burger was cooked well and was beefy. No complaints Corn dog This the star of the meal. Beware, they charge for water in a styrofoam cup. I love how Dairy Bar is still going strong after all these years. They pride themselves on their history.
