    Pepperoni calzone
    Kristen G.

Ordered delivery from here tonight. I ordered the pepperoni calzone and the 8pc buffalo wings with blue cheese. Prices are great here. Delivery arrived on time (though door dasher accidentally left it at wrong hotel next door). Everything was hot. The buffalo wings were actually pretty spicy! Meat fell off the bones. They were good. I like homemade blue cheese and this was container stuff so I didn't eat it. No celery or carrots come with wings. Hey, $6.99 for 8 wings? Not too bad! The pepperoni calzone was great with the garlic topping flavor. The cheese and pepperoni were cooked inside. The bottom was burnt but not bad enough that it was inedible. I didn't like that they had container sauce with it instead of homemade. But oh well. It was only $6.99. Great price. No knife or napkins or anything in the bag....at least napkins would be nice! Wings are messy.

Pretty bad experiences consistently. The flavor of their pizza is reasonably solid. Not quite what I grew up with but still decent. HOWEVER... the location at 303 5th St, New Brighton PA has a *very* bad and consistent habit of RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS with a lack of ingredients. When you order a pizza from literally ANYwhere.. you expect a crust area without sauce or cheese of about an inch right? How would you feel about a 2 to 4 inch wide crust, and only the center 1/2 to 2/3 of the pizza actually has cheese and sauce? I wish I was joking. Picture attached for proof. THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. I tried asking for them to make sure they filled the pie all the way, asked for "no or very little crust" and even sent pics to the manager who blamed it on a "new employee" but admitted it was WAY wrong. He gave me a $25 gift credit which was appreciated, but *nothing changed*. I eventually gave up trying, especially after they started shorting their subs on ingredients too. (If I wanted a loaf of bread I'd just order from Walmart.) It's sad cuz I would love their food for the most part if they didn't rip you off with ingredients.

Pizza is ok. Better than most chains in the area. Wings were very lacking. Soggy no crisp at all and small.

The kids said we had pizza from there but I don't remember! Yesterday we went for supper. Wow! I just had a simple side of spaghetti with a meatball. You can judge Italian restaurants by their sauce. Their red sauce is outstanding! It has the flavor of fresh tomato!! The meatball was a nice size and was excellent!! They have a great menu With a large variety of foods you crave!! The seating area is roomy with ample seating to accommodate the parking lot when it is full. And it was! There is also desert. The Al mmm one torte was original and not like all the other places have. And very important...affordable! With the cake it was just over $30. For 2 of us. Ty he staff was wonderful. As busy as they were the server was so nice as we're all the others working there. Please visit Yolanda's in Onaca and tell them yelp sent you!!

They were busy and it was a bit of a wait and difficult to get through on the phone, but I don't really mind that because it's a small local business and that's to be expected. Next time, I'd like to eat in. The locals seem to rave about this place, and for the times it's good, it's real good so I can see why. I'm giving it four stars just because it's a little inconsistent but I'll definitely be coming back. I like that you get a salad with your entrée too, it's a nice touch. There is also a big patio area which is wonderful for a warm spring day, or a cozy summer night. The menu contains unique items amongst its standard fare. We went with the "Polish bowl", the " Italian bowl" and the cheesesteak. The Polish bowl contained pirogies that would rival any church lent takeaway. Accompanying them was kielbasa, sauerkraut, bacon, with side of sour cream and butter. Large portions, delicious taste. The Italian bowl consisted of four enormous meatballs. The flavor reminded me of my mom's who was taught by her neighbor who was from Italy. So very delectable. I took two of the four home and made two meatball subs from them- again, so enormous. The Grumpy Beaver does not skimp on quantity, but maintains a very high level of quality. The cheesesteak equaled two you would receive from anywhere else. The inclusion of sirloin, Swiss cheese accompaniment, and the local Mancini bakery bread ( long roll) will stand against anything you get from Philly. This was scrumptious. For dessert we chose a Dubai torte, and a banana peanut butter pie. Both did not let us down, with the heavenly flavor exploding in each bite. Our waitress Gabby was sweet and very accommodating. We will be back, and you should try it!

As for their catered food, I am totally biased. I have been chasing chef Greg Powell around Beaver County for ages, wherever he is cooking up his food.
