If you are seeking health insurance from Anthem Blue Cross: Run...do not walk... from this agency…read more I called them seeking help getting health insurance through Anthem.Specifically, I told the lady I needed help setting up automatic deductions from my ex-husband's account (he pays my premiums), and help with any problems with contacting Anthem. She did not know how to set up auto pay. Now, I haven't gotten my cards. Called them and was told, "the only thing we do is help you fill out an application". I could do that myself! Worst customer service ever. If their assistance with State Farm products is this bad, I wouldn't want them for any reason. If they do not want to participate with Anthem, they should say so up front so you can get help elsewhere. Now, if I have a medical emergency, I apparently have a policy, but no ID cards, no other information. I still have no idea how to set up the deductions for next months premium.
