Beware of getting into business with these guys. You have been warned. This bank initially expressed interest in an SBA express loan for my company. After a significant amount of time and other considerations were made on my end getting this bank everything needed to close on the loan, they pulled out at the last second. Considerable committments were made on my end anticipating these funds being disbursed. Throughout the entire process, I was told that I was 100% being funded. "Management" got involved and agreed to revive the loan. (after I complained profusely) They agreed to do a smaller amount. That was fine for me, and I continued down the process again. Then, at the finish line and when closing documents were in my inbox ready to sign, THEY PULLED OUT AGAIN. This time, they had no explanation other than "the loan no longer meets our guidelines because we're unable to validate information". I asked what this meant and did not receive a response. At the time, I thought "there's no way they'd pull out a 2nd time". Bigger committments were made. Now, I'm left scrambling for another solution. These guys completely screwed me over. The people I worked with seem fine. It was their "management" they always referred to that seemed to be idiotic. For context, the business in question has been operational for 7+ and has shown significant positive cash flow for the last 4. This loan should be a slam dunk, and I already have several other options lined up. Although I'm a store owner of an individual location, I am also the franchisor of the entire brand with 55 franchisees and 100+ locations. I will be forbiding any of my franchisees from working with this bank.
