We…read morestopped into Sisseton Flower Shop to buy balloons for a birthday party and mentioned to the owner, Jenny, that we would be helping my niece decorate for her wedding reception. Jenny had helped my niece choose flowers and table decorations. Jenny so wanted everything to go smoothly for the wedding that she took us to the cooler and showed us each floral arrangement and described where it should be in the church and at the reception. She brought out the decorations for the tables and showed us how my niece wanted the tables decorated. Jenny gave us her business card, wrote her personal cell phone and HOME PHONE on the back and told us to call for any thing, any time. We left the shop feeling confident that we knew exactly what the bride wanted on her special day. We didn't have to call Jenny because the arrangements were perfect and we were well informed. Sisseton Flower Shop is as good as it gets.

At first we loved Angie, she's friendly, seemed knowledgeable. But, unfortunately this changed. It took over 2 weeks to get us a price on everything we picked. Nobody notified us that vanity top we ordered had been discontinued. In fact, if we hadn't checked the status on it, we probably would still be waiting on it to come in. In attempt of them trying to rectify the situation, they offered a showroom top at no charge, except it came with a chip, which was not there prior. Instead of offering another, they did nothing. They never ordered our vanity lights for our bathrooms. And it took more than 2 months for us to receive our entire order. Lack of communication, and remorse for mistakes makes this unacceptable. So..I posted a review on the Facebook page. I got a "so sorry " and supposedly the Vice President was to call us to offer an apology and to make things right. Well.....still not a word from them or vice president, and it's been a month. At this point I wouldn't talk to them if they did call. But make no mistake, we will never be back and i'll be sure to warn EVERYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS HERE!
