Dr. Scott Strom DO was recommended by a friend who works for Hospital. Had to wait until Juy 1 st for my Medicare part B to be in effect. Have a serious medical problem still today. I checked and it said that the Doctor is taking new patients and filled out a application for a new patient. on Monday they told me to call back Friday. I called back today to make an appointment and was told only that I had been turned down as a new patient. No reason was given and they hung up. I am 68 years old and need to see a doctor soon before my medical problem becomes greater. the Office people are very professional but not friendly at all. very matter a fact. I would not go there even if they would take me now.

He is a wonderful doctor and cares very much for his patients, which shows with how much time he spends with them. (He has a bell outside his office staff ring when he's been in for a while- if that says anything) I have encountered many of his office staff who have always been absolutely wonderful. Until recently have I felt things were going down hill with his staff. Now, he is a busy practice with a high patient load, I understand this completely as I work in a physicians office myself. BUT I have lost confidence and the feeling that I am really cared about recently with the way I am treated over the phone. They do not listen to what you say, nor do they much less sound like they care. Nothing was sent out when Dr W returned to the office after a long and unexpected leave. I had originally had an appointment with him in 8/2018-thinking once he returned I would be one of the patient who would get into see him as I have been having chest pain amongst other issues. I simply asked if they needed me to have my bloodwork done again since it was now 3 months old.. the young girl on the phone had completely ignored what I said and asked for a phone number (?).. I had then asked I'm not sure what that has to do with my question I just wanna know if I need to do my labs, no one has contacted me about my lab work either I've just been in some kind of "limbo" for months now... before anyone says (hey you had chest pain how about the ER?) I went to Urgent Care and they refused to do an EKG because I "am young and healthy". I'm still having this pain-therefore I wanna see my PCP who will actually listen to me. I did explain this which got me into a sooner appointment date which I am thankful for- but I wish it wasn't like pulling teeth and they would have just listened to me in the first place. It sounds to me like the office needs to tighten up and maybe revaluate their phone etiquette.

Sandy should find a better job fitting for her or be better on your customer service. Not all people are well knowledge on the process at your office. I do saw her smile at white people do. I don't wanna raise racist card here but am brown. So when I saw her accommodating to white people it made me feel like she's being racist.

this "medical center" is not very reliable, professional, or clean. They will say they will do…read moreanything to help you with your problems but then they give up in the end. I had the laser liposuction last year and it was a horrible botched job. I could tell the very next day something was not right. My skin was extremely dimpled and did not fix any of the problem areas, it actually made them worse and puffy in spots that shouldn't have been. She tried fixing it with skin tightening treatments which I found out from true plastic surgeons will not fix anything. On top of that she was going to charge me for the treatments! But then had a "change of heart" and didn't charge me. After the one year mark of my legs still looking like someone just sucked out fat from certain areas and left the rest I asked if there was anything else she could do and she told me no. I asked for my money back and she laughed in my face and told me I would then have to pay for the skin tightening treatments she "gave" to me. I had multiple members of her staff tell me that my legs were not suppose to look like that and I needed to make sure she fixed it right. Needless to say I ended up having to get regular liposuction and fat grafting to fix the problem. The day after true liposuction I can already tell a difference. Please please do not trust her. I feel like she is very scatter brained and has not been technically trained well in a lot of the treatments she provides

They are never unhappy. He is so kind to everyone. I trust him for all my medical needs. He pulled my family through some intense medical problems. He is very knowledgeable about everything. He is not afraid to say, I want to research that before making a decision. Which isn't that often. I have never in the 20 years, that I have known Rob Poehl, heard one bad thing said by anybody of him. He is well accepted and loved by all in our community.

It was completely screwed up, and looked like it would exploded. We had multiple emergency appointments and ultimately surgery. On top of this, when we had our appointment for the botched circ, we told them we didnt want to be in the room and the nurse helper woman still tried to make me help with pre procedure things. She also trapped my husband in there for the procedure. The whole thing was a horrible experience and they didnt even do it right. Don't take your kids there unless you want a big disaster to be their first experience with doctors.
