If I could give this drycleaner 0 stars I would.
I brought my cardigan in to be washed and cleaned properly, as it is expensive and I did not want to ruin it with my own washing machine. Prior to handing it to the business owner, I specifically asked if he knew how to wash it (it is a knit w/ leather sleeves). He felt it and had a good look over it and assured me that it wouldn't be a problem.
When I picked it up and put it on at home I was horrified to see that the leather sleeves were hard, split and cracked. I could not even bend my arms in them. The knitting was completely frayed, with material-like blue and red balls all over the cardigan. On top of this, there were short white and orange cat-like hairs entwined in the knitting - I do not own any orange or white pets!
When my mother brought it back to the owner to ask what had happened, he responded deplorably. He yelled at my mother, telling her he's not a "magician" (??) and that he had to guess what to do (despite telling me he could do it easily). My mum is a very calm and collected person, and she said we would have accepted it if he had admitted that he didn't know what to do when we first came in - as opposed to taking my cash and taking a shot in the dark.
Not only did he refuse to reimburse the cleaning fee, he proceeded to yell at my mum to stop talking and to get out of his store, waving his hands at her to get her out.
A horrible company with an attitude to match - do not bring any of your treasured (or even untreasured) garments here. These people do not deserve your money or time, or the title of a drycleaning service/ read more
