If I could give it a zero I would!! Horrible communication and they charged me 7k upfront to do the I-130 petition just for them to make mistakes all over and I corrected it twice because they can't read the information we filled out and gave them to use. Make me write sticky notes then highlight and write in everything myself by hand and I practically filled everything out myself. I regret spending 7k to be considered "priority" when I could have just saved the money and don't it myself and not waste my time and money bc they can't even guarantee that it won't be denied. I thought paying that much would be the safe and best route but apparently not. They just waste time and money. Super bad service save your money and go somewhere else read more

Went to this law firm in hopes of getting my wife legalized. Our case got passed down to 5 attorneys because they all kept "quiting" this law firm. Now I know why! The first attorney told us the total cost to get my wife legalized would be $5000 and it would take about 2 years. In excitement and high hopes I worked lot's of overtime and paid the total amount quickly. After 2 years of being jerked around by the firm's various attorneys, we finally received a letter from USCIS stating my wife and I were scheduled for an interview on 22 Sep. This law firm called to advice that one of their attorneys Robert Torey would be present at the interview. On the day of the interview the firm called to advice he won't be able to make it but to still go to the interview and request to be re-scheduled. They emphasized no to go through the actual interview process without legal representation. Therefore, we complied. I called the firm afterwards and spoke with legal aid Almida Guevara to ask how long it would take before we would be re-scheduled. She pulled a number out of the air and told me 2 weeks just to get me off the phone. Of course, 2 weeks passed and nothing happened. I set up appointments with various of the firm's attorneys and they kept feeding us false hope and lies. I demanded an appointment with the actual Margaret A. Donnelly, she stated it's best to start over with a new filing of the I-130 form and asked me to pay the application fee of $420. I refused to pay because her attorney Robert Torrey didn't show up to the interview and it's her firm's fault. She agreed and paid the fee. Of course, it took another wasted year before we got re-scheduled for another interview. To our surprise a different attorney Maribel Hernandez shows up for the interview process. Once the interview was finished and approved, we asked Maribel what the next step would be. She stated she will now contact the immigration judge and ask for a pardon which she expected to be approved since my wife had a spot-less record and that the firm will be contacting us in 6-9 months. We didn't hear anything for a year and set up an appointment with the actually Margaret A. Donnelly. She said that the info all her previous attorneys had given us was incorrect and she even labeled them a "bunch of idiots". She said the next step was to request 2 pardons and and adjustment of status for an additional cost of $18.900 plus government fees. It sickens me how this law firm went from an initial quote of $5000 to now requesting an additional $18,900 for a grand total of $23,900!!!!! Total lack of communication and negligence of this firm.
