I rented a Margarita Machine and they could not get it to work. Yet here we are 10 days later and I haven't been told whether I will be getting a credit back. I've called multiple times to get information on a credit or not getting a credit. The people that work there are nice apparently it's ownership or a supervisor that I am told will be calling me back... when that might take place I do not know. They sure took my money though. We rented the small margarita machine for my son's baptism reception (it was a big hit!), they delivered right on time and gave detailed instructions on how to operate it and recommended what brand of liquor to purchase. They left Margarita Man cups and straws as well, more than enough for 80 people at least! rarely make the effort to make reviews... so the fact that I am writing this review should say a lot. My wedding happened about two months ago and thought I can let this situation go... but my blood boils when I think of what this company did at our event. We hired this company to do bar tending services and bring a margarita machine to our wedding. We had selected them as the vendors for the bar for the reason that they had a good showing at the bridal extravaganza and I was impressed. My now husband didn't doubt my choice, so we made the contract right away. In our contract, we had established that there would be two bartenders and two bars open. The day before the wedding we got a call from one of the "bartenders" that was suppose to service our wedding and asked if it would be okay for her to bring her daughter to the event so she shadow her since she is still learning. We told her it would be fine. In our minds, we thought this would be an additional help to them. Well we find out at the wedding that her daughter was the second bartender. She did not tell us this when she had called. During our cocktail hour, they both did not serve beer at all. They only served spirts. We were upset because this caused a lot of people to be drunk early. There was always a long line at the ONLY bar they opened (remember we were suppose to have two bars open always) and the mom was the one doing majority of the work. When my wedding coordinator decided to ask the daughter if she can open the second bar she told her that she couldn't because she had to stay with her mom. She then asked her what was her age, and the told our wedding coordinator that she was 17. This obviously doesn't sound or sit right to anyone. So for that reason, we only had one bar open the whole night. The daughter and mother duo also started telling guest that we were out of certain beers and other mixers we had throughout the night. This ended up being a lie because we were left with 25 cases of beer. We had purchased 36. We also had a lot of the mixers left that they claimed they were out of. I honestly believe that they were just too lazy to restock them during the night. Which is upsetting because we paid close to 1,300 for their services (you have to provide the alcohol on top of that). The day after the wedding, the margarita man company called me for us to pay the margarita mixers that they used the night before. Because they told our guest we we were out of certain beers and mixers, our guest started ordering more margaritas (which I'm assuming it's easier for the bartenders to serve as well). Me and my husband explained to the worker that called us the situation that had happens and that we were pretty upset about the whole situation. We told them that we would not pay until we spoke to a general manager. We did not get a call right away, so I called a few times and I was never able to get a hold of him. On one of the times I spoke to one of the workers, they told me they had investigated the situation and that the bartenders daughter was licensed to serve and that she wasn't 17, that she was 19. Again, it upset me that the manager didn't talk to us and told the workers to tell me that. The general manger took 3 weeks to call: he called while I was work and was not able to talk to him. I did call back but he did not answer. So I left a message and I never got a call again. Not from the manager nor the company to pay them back for the margarita mixers. Again, this experience that I've experienced, clearly shows how unprofessional this company is. read more

WOW!!! I cannot say enough great things about MM rental. Great machine and was a SUPER HIT at the party. Only took about an hour to be reay to serve and was stunning with the LED lights! Just a tip when picking Tequila, get a clear as it brings out the color better and ask the store for suggestions as well. Thanks MM and your staff is great!!!! read more

Awesome hit to the party. The machine is very loud so please keep that in mind for smaller houses. I would give 5 stars but there was miscommunication on when payment was due, and ended up just charging my card without permission. Not sure why you receive an email that allows you to make a payment through that and start payment is due a week after your machine was delivered so that was a little misleading. This was a great rental and we wish we would have purchased an additional bag of margarita mix. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and gave us recommendations on what brands to purchase. We used El Jimador tequila and a triple sec and it was outstanding! Will definitely use this company in the future. read more

Helpful staff, but the machine itself was trash. They told us it took 4 hours to freeze but after 5 hours it was still runny and barely a slushee at all. The mixes were so overly sugary that after one everyone at the party had a stomachache. Not a quality machine and definitely not quality mixes. Huge bummer because we'd been looking forward to renting this machine and spent a pretty penny on it. read more
