La Que's to the rescue on a busy Saturday! Owner, Joe La Que, was professional, courteous, and timely. He delivered a commercial level machine and walked me step-by-step through using it. The big silver beast hummed quietly all night on our patio pumping out delicious ice-cold margaritas (my recipe) without a hitch. The next day, a Sunday mind you, Joe returned to pick up the machine. Kids of all ages were able to take a break from the triple digit heat in the water inflatables. With an assortment of entertainment around that afternoon, the kids flocked to the inflatables. She was very informative and explained everything so clearly. Day of event, she was very punctual and the setup was so awesome. She provided all supplies needed for our guests to enjoy their Lime and Strawberry margaritas. All 300 guest were so impressed and enjoyed the mix. Will keep going to L&S for future events.. Far and away the best value I found in Converse and around San Antonio. Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

I was intially impressed with their response time as they messaged back within the same hour. They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves

It was especially halarious in regards to the name of the company due to my husband's San Antonio roofing company also starts with R&R. No connection whatsoever. The price wasn't that bad either.
