Apparently, Absolute Rentals has changed ownership or management since I last used them. I can definitely tell because my experience with them was the complete opposite of the last time! To host my Mom's milestone birthday party, I wanted to rent a table and a set of chairs. I researched several rental companies, and Absolute Rentals kept coming to the top of the list for best reviews. I wanted to write them off forever due to my prior experience, but I decided to give them another chance. The rental prices for the tables and chairs were very reasonable! They offer pickup and delivery of the equipment. The delivery service is where things get pricey. I went with delivery because the convenience of having them drop it off and pick it up was more valuable to me. The delivery service was great and friendly! They communicate with you the whole time and schedule a time that is convenient for you. They allow a few days after your event to pick up everything. Everything came in good condition and was easy to set up. I will definitely use Absolute Rentals for an event again! read more

I rented tents, chairs, and tables from Absolute Rentals for my wedding. Out of ~10 rental companies in the area, they had by far the best prices--half as much as others! Big plus. We had some trouble with tent staking. While a tent had been previously staked on location, it turned out the ground was too hard and required a jackhammer (barrels were not an option due to water scarcity). I'm very grateful that they were able to accommodate us in the end! But at the same time it was very stressful, we had to rent the jackhammer ourselves (they had one, but didn't bring it), and the workers were very vocally annoyed about the situation the whole time, which was pretty uncomfortable. The organizer was friendly and reassuring though. In summary, great value; some unpleasantries which weren't their fault but perhaps could have been handled better. read more

We called Absolute Rentals one week prior to a company event that needed a tent, tables and chairs. They actually answered the phone, were polite and went out of their way to get what we needed. We asked that they set up by 11 am and tear down by 4 pm and they succeeded! Their employees were polite and professional. Definitely a great experience. You can send emails and voicemail and nobody calls back or responds. The time of delivery continuously changes. I was planning a wedding and the delivery guy said we were first then the owner flipped us to the last didnt get anything until 5pm. She told me it would be in the morning. A lot work went into planning my party and it would have been better if they would have stuck to their morning delivery as she first stated over the phone. All items were dropped off on the drive way and delivery people left without a word. Chaff dishes were dirty, cocktail tables were all very wobbly. Wasn't too happy with service. read more
