Breakfast and dinner were excellent! The option of a 5-course menu is truly a bonus and a great selection of wines. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room: * We stayed in the new section and had taken an 'upgrade' to a Deluxe room. Very spacious room and a bathroom with all amenities including a steam room, but a separate toilet would have been nice when they designed these rooms. * Temperature in the room could not be controlled and at the reception they could not help us. Opening the windows was the only option, but then you have to consider the traffic - earplugs are recommended. * Various luminous elements in the room, so a sleep mask is certainly useful. It would be handy if these luminous elements could somehow be darkened. Wellness facilities are available but limited. A friend of us stayed in a standard room which has everything necessary but a very small shower (70 cm by 70 cm). read more

We chose this hotel because 20 years ago we stayed here and we really liked the conditions and the proximity to a chairlift that goes up to Mottolino. This time we stayed for 7 nights. We booked two interconnected rooms because we came with my wife and our 28-year-old son. Although we arrived later (7:30 PM), we immediately benefited from check-in at the reception. The first thing that impressed us was the elevator (I remembered how many times I had walked up the hotel stairs 20 years ago) especially since I was now 20 years older :) The people at the reception immediately provided us with ski passes (we didn't waste any time the next day buying them) and helped us with renting the equipment where we received a discount. The second special thing was the fact that the hotel has a room for ski equipment that has a wall on which you can store and dry your ski boots with hot air. The meals at the restaurant were a real feast every day with an appetizer, two main courses and a dessert that could be chosen from several options. The service was exceptional and we found an extraordinary collection of wines. At breakfast, the Italian cheeses enchanted me! Although the parking lot is smaller than twenty years ago, we found a place when we arrived. I would like to thank the entire staff and promise that we will return. TOP, PERFECT, FRIENDLY, CLEAN, ... i can say a lot of positive things. First time snowboard vacation for my girlfriend and son. They both where positive surpriced and most of it from the hotel. Super service but not only the owners, also the staff of the restaurant, bar, cleaning team, ... nothing was to much for nobody. I mailed a lot of times with questions, they allways answered, ... . Also in the restaurant we had a lot of new expierince about food what was realy positive. No buffet only for breakfast what was positive, because else you mostly take the same and dont try new things. In the breakfast you make the choice from different diches to eat for the dinner, great concept. Old rooms? What old rooms? We also got an older room but also that is only to sleep, get dressed, and wash yourself. If thats clean what it was its al good for me. Thx in advance and we will be back. We stayed for 7 days in this hotel at the end of February 2024 and we were very disappointed with the room that does not look like the pictures, and the bathroom was very very small with a very small shower cabin. The staff was not friendly and did not we recommend this hotel. The very high price under what conditions it offers. We do not recommend this hotel for a family with an 11-year-old child. read more

Very nice hotel, the employees know what hospitality is! Nothing is too much and always neat. The hotel is well positioned for ski enthusiasts, close to the lift. For the city center there are regular free buses (max. 5 minutes). The room we had was a little dated, but there are also modern rooms available in the hotel. read more

small rooms, with very limited space for drying clothes after skiing. Quite expensive garage parking, which I was not warned. I honestly thought that it's supposed to be included in the total price. We have been here at the beginning of this season, but tell the truth, everything was like in the middle season, without problems. Rooms are clean with regularly tidying up, breakfast with all you can imagine, dinner with 4-course menu, a big offer of Italian wines. We use a hotel bar with a children's playing zone every day. The location of the hotel compares to the ski lift Motollino are super. Shortly I can recommend, we have been satisfied. read more

Ci è piaciuto molto! Abbiamo abitato nella camera di famiglia. È comoda da famiglia con 2 bambini, sempre pulita. C'e due balconi. Il ristorante è bene! Cucina è ottima. C'e il menu dal bambini. Simply great. Starting from the location right next to the ski lifts, through the choice of food in the restaurant, superfriendly stuff (Paolino, you're the best!), sauna on site once you're done snowboarding. Totally made a remarkable stay for the two of us for New Year 2019. read more

We were staying in renovated part of the hotel. It is great. Staff is very friendly. Food very good. We have been there fourth time and we will there next year too. But... I use sweetener and I need it near coffeemaker like sugar! I have to asked every day! read more
