I believe there are enough heartache and restrictions for TDCJ families to endure this "automated insult" to disconnect a call to impress their vendor but take no consideration of their actual customer. It is both rude and inhumane. You would think that the profit lost from such a defective program would restrict company income. I want to remind CenturyLink that 95% of inmates are eventually released and that we will always remember that companies that don't place customer service first will eventually fail.

They tried to blame me for their failure to file and have yet to send me my documents that I've asked for so that I can get them done elsewhere.
