After doing some research, we chose Dr. T for our son's pediatrician. After he was born we called and got his first appointment scheduled. We met with nurses, Dr. T, and lactation specialist. It was an incredible experience to meet everyone and get so much insight. Dr. T loves to hear all the questions and always has an answer for us. My son really likes him too, now that he is older to make those choices. We have had to use the portal several times to chat with the staff and there has never been an ignored message or misinterpreted thought. Even when we have emergencies, they are always responsive and fit us in as soon as they can. It is just a great pediatrician to have for any family. They have lifelong patients in our family.

He also called me today to answer more questions I submitted on the portal. I was never able to speak to either of my kids old doctor over the phone! The whole practice so far has been amazing. Christina the care coordinator made me feel welcomed during my first initial call and recommended a great doctor for my kids!

I submitted a complaint about Dr. Malomo, who we have seen for occasional sick visits, and her poor…read morebedside manner and as a result we were dismissed from the practice. Dr. Malomo has threatened to give my kid a shot as a "joke" in the past. She also said she doesn't agree with the PA's medical advice of giving my child cough meds -- maybe you should all be on the same page with medical advice if you work at the same office and see the same patients! Dr. Malomo called me and was upset after I submitted the complaint defending everything she said with zero apology. I've heard that she's a partial owner of the practice so I can see why they kick people out for one complaint about her. Seems unethical! Is it even legal to kick patients out for complaining? How does that show that they value their patient's voices? Utterly disgusting and pathetic. We have taken my child to this practice with Dr Beisheim as our primary since he was born and have been very happy with her. I am totally disappointed in this coming from them.

Below are the main reasons why I like IP. - They have late hours (Monday - Thursday until 7pm) and are open Saturday mornings, which is great for those who work typical business hours. - There's walk-in hours twice a day. - They have a lactation consultant, Dianne, who is very supportive. She even offered her personal cell number to me. - Dr. Savage is warm, gentle, and attentive to my newborn. She also answers all of my questions. - The waiting room has a section for the sick kids and another for the kids who are there for well visits. (Important to me because I don't want my healthy newborn around the sick kids!) - The patient room we were in was equipped for a nursing mom - boppy, disposable slipcovers, breastfriend (another type of nursing pillow), and a comfy rocking chair with foot rest. Nice touch! Also, there was a cute sign to put on the door to let others know to knock first before entering when nursing. - The patient room also has diapers and wipes. - Also, there's a chalkboard for mini people to use to keep them entertained in the patient room. - Decor is kid friendly and lucky for me, since I'm a Finding Nemo fan, aquarium-themed. - Office is bigger and freshly remodeled. - Lastly, as a new patient, we received an infant binder with a growth tracker chart, family history form, office information, and other additional information. At each visit, we received an information packet that describes diet, hygiene, safety, behavior and development, and any other relevant information about our baby at the age she is at the time of the appointment (i.e. 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, etc.). Also, the nurse writes down my daughter's height, weight, and head circumference on the packet for our records. This is my first child and first experience with pediatrics and I am impressed and grateful for the attention and care given to my daughter.

She makes the front desk staff hound you in even makes the doctor's hound you when you're in the visit with a sick child. They talk to you very rude in front of other patients and staff making it very uncomfortable. I did like the doctors and the nurses but the overall professionalism of the office manager is definitely not what I'm looking for when it comes to caring for my son.

Dr. Burzynski is always so kind and understanding on our every visit. The nurses are always prompt for calling us in after checking in, and the secretaries are knowledgeable and competent. I give 4 stars because there are a couple of things I'd recommend in the waiting room area, like wifi availability, little toy sets or books to keep the infants and toddlers occupied. They don't seem to have much but the fish tank in the middle of the lobby and magazines. The one time we did have to wait for a few minutes longer it was tricky keeping my little one entertained and I didn't have data to look up videos on my phone for him. Otherwise, our experiences have been positive with Long Pond Peds thus far!

Parking in front and behind the building. Smaller lobby area with a new self sign in machine. The receptionists are the best, so down to earth and friendly... they become family. Dr. Booth has the best bed side manner of any professional in the medical field I've ever experienced. Her passion and kindness in any situation is remarkable. I've been going here for routine physical exams, sick visits, immunizations and flu shots. They always get me in for sick visits, common colds and sore throats ... or refills on meds. After my last visit in 2024 to receive medical paperwork for a work accommodation, Dr W's PA was heard being loud and passive aggressive talking about me as if I wasn't in the room down the hall. Dr W seemed overwhelmed being directed by a front desk person and the PA on what to do for my paperwork. I initially changed primary care doctors in hopes of finding a female provider that accepts Medicaid, it seems impossible at times especially if one of your factors is also location and proximity to home. I forgot who recommended this office but they said I could always see the PA if I wanted to instead of the doctor if preferring gender specific care. After the last visit, I can say assuredly I prefer Dr W to his PA, and don't care much of gender because of it now. Despite the last visit, he was always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with any care plans I needed. Front office is usually efficient. May not always be the friendliest but they get you checked in and out as need be. I don't usually wait for long at this office to be seen, either. Until I can find something better, Dr W works for now. I'll be sure to schedule any future appointments with only him and NOT his PA.
