For one it's misdiagnosis- this quack diagnosis you with something completely different than what you actually have. He makes you believe you're going to die, prescribes medicine which makes you sicker - and he's done this to MULTIPLE children and older adults. He also pushes facilities on people - bad nursing homes for seniors whom just want to go home, he's pushed parents to put their children into homes claiming their children are too sick for them to care for. When a patient or a caregiver ask questions, he's very cold, very blunt, and lies. The employees in his current office are generally very nice, but that's where the kindness ends. We live in a society today where the majority of doctors treat the symptoms and not the underlying issue. Dr. Smith's approach is completely contrary to this. His goal is to find out what precisely is causing your problem and either getting rid of that or treating that, instead of just handing you a prescription and calling it a day. Just in the very first visit alone, he spent 3 hours plus with us. He personally made phone calls to insurance companies, imaging (MRI) businesses, and other necessary places. Have you ever heard of a doctor who does this? He took time out of a Saturday to personally make a trip to an imaging center in order to get my family member a needed MRI that she normally would have had to wait a week or more for. That same Saturday (which most doctors never work) he spent another 3 hours plus with us to go over his diagnosis and provided a remedy to help my family member. Dr. Smith is dedicated to patient centered care and he truly cares about his patients. Any negative things you may see or hear about this doctor are completely false. Why should you weight my review more then others? Because I don't leave reviews but I simply had to let the world know what an amazing doctor he is.
