From the time the PCRA was initiated until now, I only had three interactions with Mr. Quigg. He often scheduled phone calls but never followed through. In 2023, the judge ordered Matthew to explain his delay in amending my PCRA or filing a Finley letter. Just two days before his court appearance, Mr. Quigg contacted me with apologies, admitting my case had "slipped through the cracks." I later emailed him after missing his court appearance to inquire about the case's outcome, but received no response. To my surprise, he filed a motion to withdraw, even though he hadn't heard the full details of my case. I asked if he had my trial transcripts to assess my PCRA claims, but, as expected, received no response. I cannot vouch for the other attorneys at this law firm, but I strongly advise against working with Matthew Quigg.
