After the initial inquiry, she sent a sweet video message to us, which immediately shows the level of service and care you're going to get. We went ahead with booking both an engagement shoot and the wedding service. For the engagement photos, Elizabeth helped us narrow down a location based on her extensive experience (we selected a place in Ojai). I was a little nervous, as we're not the most natural in front of the camera, but she was great at directing/posing us when needed and put us at ease. It was also a great way to connect before the wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, she had thorough questionnaires/discussions to make sure she understood what shots were important to us and how to best accommodate them. Shoutout to Bryan, her second shooter for the day, for also being wonderful to work with. Be prepared to have a "difficult" time when selecting your photos as there will be many to choose from! For both sessions, she scheduled time in person for us to review and select the photos we liked and for the printed books we got.
