I saw Dr. Galliano for a hemorrhoid problem. I knew they needed surgical removal. There were other…read moreissues that I thought needed attention and a specialist was my best choice. Speaking with my primary, I chose Dr. Galliano. Knowing my family history of bowel disorders, he did NOT rush in to remove the hemorrhoids. He made a few tests to be sure there were no other issues that would cause future problems. ............He explained every test and procedure to my satisfaction ............. then we made the date for my hemorrhoid banding, which went exceedingly well............... We even laughed at my comments about his "chosen profession" as I was slipping under the affects of anesthesia. ............. Conclusion? I would recommend Dr. G in a heartbeat. He's patient, humorous, knowledgeable, and kind. Yes, I think he's great and if I ever need this kind of surgery again, he's the doctor for me.

ANY referrals are always to a Millennium networked physician not because they are the best to treat you, but because they are in the Millennium Network! I'm very hard of hearing and wear hearing aids so this is a shared problem, but I cannot understand what he's saying with such a thick accent. When I ask him to repeat himself I get a look as if I'm stupid and then I feel stupid. My poor hearing and his accent doesn't mean is isn't accomplished but his demeanor makes it an unpleasant experience on top of being at a proctologist to begin with. On to the staff... They sit behind heavily frosted closed windows and if you're standing out in the waiting area for 15 minutes, you will be left standing there until YOU play guess which window and knock. God forbid they get up out of their seats and lean forward to open the slider or better yet, LEAVE THE SLIDERS OPEN! If you really want or need a good doctor with staff that at least act like they care, you're best option is north or south out of Charlotte County. I've had at least 3 doctors tell me that exact thing. Yesterday another doctor kept me waiting an hour and a half in the exam room. Again, go out of Charlotte for better care.

I have never encountered such poor patient service at a doctor's office throughout my entire lifetime. After waiting for over an hour in the patient waiting room where the front reception desk is located, I was finally summoned and designated to an examination room in which I waited for NEARLY TWO ADDITIONAL HOURS for doctor Yeggi to show up. While I was inquiring about my medical condition, the doctor abruptly walked out of the examination room right in the middle of our conversation without notifying me and before I could even complete my sentence. Upon concluding my visit on my way out, one of the medical assistants told me rudely "Hurry up, I need to go to lunch now". Her remark shocked me. They exhibited excessively rushed and stressed behavior, which made me feel terribly frustrated, anxious, and demoralized. To have the sheer audacity to make me wait almost three hours during my scheduled appointment and then being hurriedly ushered out of the building was dreadful and appalling.

This vascular surgeon should truly not be practicing on human beings. Not to mention the fact that…read morewhen he commits medical malpractice he doesn't even have the courage to tell you that there was an incident, rather he argues to the death that it was a postop complication even though in his operative notes he describes how he had to fix his errors. My poor husband almost didn't make it out of what should have been an outpatient procedure and hemorrhaged to the point that his blood count dropped from 14 to 7!! It was the worst experience of our lives. In addition we had the worst experience trying to get somebody from the practice to sign our hospital indemnity paper so we could at least get compensated for the weeks we spent there. However because he did not feel comfortable admitting there was an accident months went by before we got anywhere! What happened to compassion, caring and going into healthcare to help others and increase their quality of life because it's what you want to do.?? These days they hire all the specialties to work for the hospital they are completely overworked and could care less about their patients because they don't know you and they're never going to see you again. Oh and let's not forget you can only get so much money out of them anyway so if you were to find a lawyer to take a case it's not worth it for them so good luck. My suggestion is stand up for yourself and your health care no matter what they encourage you to do if it doesn't feel right just say no. You don't have to go to the doctor they tell you to you have to go to a specific radiology group And you don't want to then don't. You have full control of your health care, you just need to be prepared before you go ask the right questions and if something doesn't feel right I can almost promise you it's not. Remember it's a business and they're making money!
