I first contacted Denny back in July and my wedding was at the end of October. He replied very quickly and was super polite and helpful. He even gave me a courtesy follow up message a few days later to check up on how my search was coming along. He also made sure to ask if I had any questions for him and was very good at communicating with me the entire time. Denny handled business very well. He was always there to answer any phone calls and emails. Always responded in a prompt and courteous manner. The first time we spoke on the phone, he covered absolutely everything and even helped me with any questions I had regarding weddings as I've only been to a few. He was terrific at explaining things to me and making sure I understood! Denny is a true professional and it is evident that he loves what he does. I really appreciated that he checked in on how things we going for me and how my planning was coming along. As I said before, he is an absolute PRO at communicating and making sure your day is perfect! I've never dealt with someone who is so focused on making sure the customer is happy! The weeks leading up to the wedding, Denny asked me how things were going and I told him we were running into a few issues and that I was scared to get married. He reassured me that things were going to be okay and that it's natural to be a little scared!! I would consider him as a good friend, not just someone I hired. It kinda makes me a little sad that our journey together is all over because I just loved working with him that much! The day of my wedding he arrived at the venue early enough to get everything set up and even talked to me and my family as we were getting ready!! When the ceremony was over and all my guest came inside, he played some very lovely dinner music that set a nice vibe and added to the overall ambiance. When it was time to cut the cake and do all the fun stuff (please do all the fun things he suggests! You will love it!) Denny was very good at announcing to everyone what was happening. After all the fun, the music he played was exactly what I wanted. The kids loved all the fun upbeat songs! I wanted party and dance music and that's exactly what was played. My guests had a wonderful time dancing to all the great songs and so did we. He even granted a few special request songs my guests had. We wanted to share our appreciation for this fantastic venue and its exceptional team. Exceptional Service & Ease of Planning The staff at the GEM Center was incredibly easy to work with. From our initial inquiry through the end of the event, they were eager to assist in any way possible to make the day special and significantly less stressful for us. Their accommodating nature was a highlight of our planning process. A Unique and Flexible Venue The space itself offers a unique experience unlike typical venues. We chose to rent both the main room and the archery area, which provided excellent flexibility for our guests. The layout, separated mostly by windows, allowed the DJ and dancing to happen on one side while guests could socialize and view the dancing on the other side without the music being overwhelming. They even went above and beyond by hooking up wireless speakers from the dance floor to the other room, ensuring great sound quality for everyone at a comfortable volume. Wayne, Indiana area to find the perfect one for us. I did this for almost a year prior to our engagement and started with 21 photographer's blogs that I followed. Lifetime Photography was one that stood out from the beginning. I was always amazed at the pictures in each blog post and hoped for those on our day. Aaron and Jandie were so welcoming during our first meeting to decide if they were indeed the photographers for us. They were so easy to speak with and really took pride in their work.
