About 20 minutes later I looked at them in real light to see that there was hair stuck in my nails and nothing was dried correctly, so I called them and explained my situation. They asked me to come, we talked and I explained why I was not thrilled with the service, she proceeded to call me a liar and threaten me. She looked at my nails and just started ripping them off, she was hurting me. she did they soak off and sent me, to wash my hands.
