I was highly stressed about my failure to process my taxes over the past years, and Zdenka was so reassuring and professional, that I knew I was in good hands, and that she'd help me do whatever it took to sort everything out. The best part was that this was during Covid19, and I was able to sort out everything from the comfort of my own home, and they were able to assist me through video call, phone calls, and emails. They helped me create a master list of all the documents I would need to collect in order to prepare the taxes. And I was able to sign all of my documentation electronically, and everything was handled perfectly! Besides the digital copies, they even mailed a completed BINDED folder presentation of each tax return including a summary of my taxes and refund amount for each year! this place doesnt know what they are doing when it comes to doing taxes this place did my moms…read moretaxes paid them an absurd amount of money only to have her taxes done incorrectly and she had the foot the penalties from the irs and this place refuses to help or admit they messed up on her tax return they told her she owed what was close to about 3k to the irs on her return and she had asked the guy more so this guy name noel if thats all she owes for the year and thats it if there s no other payment she has to pay and he said no thats it so i get the voucher he sends her and print it and send it out to the irs with the payment then the irs comes hounding her for more money like a month or so later so shes confused why she has to pay more so i had to call this guy noel and ask him what happened and whats going on then i tell him i can email him a picture of what was shown in the irs statement so i did and we go back n forth emailing and he just seems so dumbfound and clueless saying oh she owes this and that i told him if he miscalculated her taxes for the year and whenever i get my taxes done i either pay 1 time or get a refund and thats it no other action is needed later down the line and he seems to be just avoiding the question cuz he knows he screwed up so after that he just stopped emailing me and refuses to take responsibility for his own mistakes ... this guy is completely incompetent and needs to take responsibility for his own mistakes but refuses and just ignores u.. for what they charge to do your taxes is completely insane too i wouldn't recommended anybody to these guy and ill have my mom have her taxes done by my tax preparer who will do it for more than half the price of what this dude charges.. this guy is a joke stay away from noel unless u want your taxes done incorrectly and u get penalized for it

I sent her an email and waited several days with no response. I called Ann (03/02) and told her of my situation. She told she has not had a chance to access her emails and to text her with my information. I texted her and she immediately responded that she had received my text. I did not hear from her again for 16 days. On 3/18, I texted her again and inquired as to why the unresponsiveness as the tax dateline is less than 30 days away. Ann told me she had a family tragedy and could not be bothered, "Why don't you find someone else. I didn't want this." Really? Abrupt and unprofessional! Why wasting client time and efforts when she could just simply said, I am not taking anymore clients. Try not to mislead clients and tell them to seek other preparers. Time is of the essence.

I appreciated that she helped me to resolve the problem as best we could, but the IRS still charged me penalties and fees that I could not get back 100%. I would suggest anyone going to Ann (or otherwise) to double-check the office's policies and procedures regarding late filing, mistakes, etc. so it's very clear what you can expect.
