Went during half-price Happy Hour today to get my car was at Marie's Car Wash in Kokomo, IN. I ended up paying $50.00 for a $6.00 car wash. They said they can't accept my $50 Maries Car Wash Gift Card because they changed systems unless I have my receipt. I didn't think gifts cards were legally allowed to expire? To make up for my loss, they said they would give me a $22 Ultimate Wash. However, I received a $12 Basic Wash. During Happy Hour, it's just $6.00. I did not receive, but Ultimate Wash should have also included: High Pressure Under Carriage Clear Coat Conditioner Carnuba Triple Coat Tire Shine ( Tire ) Wheel Bright ( Rim ) Hi White ( White wall or White Letter Tires ) Extra Presoak Mega Shield Please be sure to save your receipts when purchasing gift cards from Marie's Car Wash. read more

Been here 3 times the first time it was great, next time they were closed but there were people standing around at the entrance where you pull in to was a man said "sorry we're closed" thought I would give it another shot and stopped by about three weeks later closed. Very disappointed!! read more

Very disappointed today. I paid to get our car washed and detailed. Car Wash was satisfactory. The detailing was below average. Drove away with foot/hand prints still on the doors, seats, the dashboard are dusty in places and some areas hadn't even been swept. Paid for something I am having to go over and do myself. Not what I'd anticipated. Very, very disappointing. read more

Fantastic. Thank you for taking me after being turned away at Crew for having a push bar on my pickup. Everyone was nice and fast. They even hand dried at the end. I will be using this one from now on. read more

Best car wash in Kokomo in my opinion. No clear coat scratching bristles. THEY HAND DRY, SO NO DRIP MARKS. For twelve bucks they will do a twenty minute interior detail! Totally reasonable prices, honest work. The owner, Scott was out with the pressure washer prepping all cars. Local owner, local business. I will be back all summer! Give it a try. How your vehicle looks when it leaves directly reflects back to us. We give each vehicle the attention that it needs on the area it needs it.

They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this.
