Last week, my husband's pay was nearly $600 short due to a "payroll error" and new "clock-in" procedure. On Friday morning, when the error was noticed by a short paycheck, my husband and 5 other employees went to the office. The woman working there recognized the error and told all the employees to get a manual timesheet approved by the assignment manager and was told the error would be fixed Monday. However, she added "no guarantee!". After numerous calls to the Gainesville and Denton location, calls to the actual job site and supervisors, we were told the pay would be corrected in 24 ADDITIONAL HOURS of waiting. It is now Wednesday and the problem has yet to be corrected. The next payday is in two days and he still hasn't received any compensation. Phone calls go straight to voicemail to "leave a message" that never gets returned in a timely fashion. The woman who works in the office keeps passing the buck and offering no real aswers except to pass blame to another person. This place has the worst assistance. To make things worse, my husband is contractually bound to finish his "temp" assignment in order to be hired on permanently at the job assignment. Skip getting a "temp to hire" position with this company if you expect to be paid for the actual hours worked. We are currently contacting the Labor Board to get the wages and that are owed! * Update* Catherine (Gainesville location) advised us that she " didn't give a s*** if we got paid" and to " get a real job because she gets paid more!" After calling all 3 locations to get a supervisor on the line, Debbie has assured us that the situation of pay will be corrected Friday.

I cannot imagine why it would take 3 days or more for an employment agency to return a phone call regarding a job posting, perhaps they need to hire someone for their office......

I submitted a resume for a warehouse position they had posted in August of 2021. I received an email stating they had received the resume and would review it in the near future. I never heard back after weeks of waiting. It so happens that the period of Nov 30 thru Dec 2 I noticed they had another, different warehouse opening posted that was worded the same as the one in the summer months for the same city location as before, that is in the small city where I live. Once more, I emailed the office there to see if my resume would be considered for the opening. I have yet to hear from Ms. Morales. I will state here that my resume contained excellent, verifiable, references that qualifies me for consideration for the posting. However, if one does the "math" with the pertinent date(s) stipulated in the resume, one can deduce that I am a "senior" citizen in age; but, I am physically & mentally fit, and meet the requirements listed in the posting(s). Ironically, I have visited the office in person on 3 separate days at various hours, and the front door was locked and it appeared the office was not open during business hours. I have never seen a business operated in such a non-professional manner where the agents have never responded to possible clients. While searching the employment horizon, if a company stipulates they are using this particular agency, I will immediately withdraw my efforts to connect with them by using the agency named herein. Such a great disappointment, so un-business like, and offensive.
