Let me start by telling you why I decided to get my MMC approval and how my path led me to the Marijuana Doc. From the first phone call Shelia was warm and welcoming. Providing all the info I needed and giving me the rundown on the entire process to help ease the anxiety of it all. She went way above and beyond to set my appointment around my needs and schedule. When I arrived the office was extremely nice and set up for everyone's safety. I recently made an appointment at Marijuana Doc and made the appointment over the phone. Sheila was wonderful. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. She emailed the new patient paperwork to me so I was able to complete it at my own pace at home. My visit was very pleasant and informative. I really liked the doctor, and he could not have been any nicer or anymore helpful. He explained every step to me, what was available, what he felt was the best choice for me and what to expect. The staff was just as helpful and I felt at ease immediately. The doctor sent me home with some educational material as well as a log to keep track of my dosages and to track my pain levels. My wife and I went in today to see if we could get her some help because she does not do good with prescription meds at all. The minute we walked in my wife instantly felt comfortable. The girls are extremely nice and helpful. The dr was very knowledgeable and gave her lots of advice on how she can manage her pain. I have been to 3 marijuana doctors in Florida and I must say this is hands down the best place, bc they make the entire process so easy for you from beginning to end! Fantastic staff and doctor. I literally had no idea what to expect prior to coming. They made me feel welcomed and explained absolutely everything to me. They were very organized as well. They even have a nurse at the end that helps walk you through the state registration, goes over coupons and the diffrent dispensaries around. HUGE help.
