All kind of defeating the purpose of a craft brew pub in my opinion. Also the staff don't really have any personality especially the bartenders. They serve and disappear like robots. Aren't brewpubs supposed to be fun and outgoing? I didn't eat only drank. The menu is basically your typical bar food... Nothing really inspiring... Burgers, hot dogs, coxinha, etc. I gave 2 stars because the atmosphere is really cool and the beer was just alright. 2.5 is probably more accurate. However, I'm probably not going to come back and I would not recommend it.

In the US there are many micro brews but here there are only four in the entire city. I tried the Weiss Beer and the Red Ale. Both are fantastic. Both are well balanced with just the right amount of bitter units for the type of beer. The wheat beer rivals Paulaner Weiss micro brew in NYC. The Red Ale is in the English style and is s better version of Old Speckled Hen. Great beer is only part of the story. The owner is very engaging and speaks some English. Show some interest in how beer is made and he will have you smelling New Zealand hops and explaining how temperature at fermentation impacts his beers. This place is the perfect place to kill an hour or an afternoon.

I fully appreciated the blanket and heaters that were brought over as it was a chilly evening, yet we were still "indoors" but not. Service was impeccable, with every member of the staff ensuring our experience was top notch and food met our expectations. I chose the slowly roasted beef ribs rice and was not expecting savory goodness that arrived! The beef ribs melted in my mouth and the rice was so incredibly flavorful - I would order this over and over again! Of all the restaurants I've been to, Figueira Rubaiyat has by far the one of the most extensive wine list I've seen, featuring many different wines from around the world, including Brazil of course! There is also a gift shop that should not be missed because of the very unique items that are found here - and a place I'll need to visit next time I'm in the area again! The entire experience is one that should not be missed. Every detail and every bite was absolute perfection!

Their famed "baby beef" was amazingly tender and flavorful. All sides were delectable and their service is always top notch. While considered very expensive from a local perspective, A Figueira Rubaiyat offers great value for those coming from abroad and thinking in dollar terms. We paid roughly $75 per person (R$ 360 in local currency, no alcohol, no dessert, only water, bread service, one entrée, and one side). You can't go wrong with A Figueira Rubaiyat!

Here's the thing: I don't eat steak, pork, or most of the meats they specialize in, and I'm not a big fan of buffet or all‑you‑can‑eat restaurants in general. We came here because a coworker invited us, and she was being really kind, so I didn't think to check the price beforehand. I ended up only eating the salad, and with dessert my total came to about $66. For someone who doesn't eat the main attraction, that price felt a bit high -- honestly, I felt a little ripped off, LOL. Not the restaurant's fault at all; this is exactly how churrascarias work. It just wasn't the best match for my eating habits. Next time, I'll politely turn down the invite or suggest a different spot that fits my preferences better. But if you do enjoy steakhouse-style dining and want the full Brazilian churrasco experience, Barbacoa delivers exactly what it promises.

I love several other Churrasacarias in São Paulo, but this one is a real standout. We had a group dinner with friends and coworkers, and we were led to a large table, and the staff fawned all over us. They were very accommodating and friendly. The food and wine were all top-notch, and they brought whatever cut of meat you asked for, instead of waiting for the "good stuff" like the Picanha. The salad bar was great as well, although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any Feijoada, which is usually a staple at any Churrascaria in Brazil. Again, there are several good Churrascarias here, but if you want the best, you won't get any better than Barbacoa!

This place is like FOGO on steroids! Cheese bread starters were delicious; appetizers were plentiful, and then came the meaty assortment! Almost all the meat were high-quality and we just couldn't get enough as they kept bringing over skewers and slicers! I hadn't eaten that much protein in a long time, and it was hands down one of the best meals I've ever had. The restaurant is Michelin-rated and highly reviewed, so it should come as no surprise. It was a great experience with excellent service and a classy environment.

Then the meat starts to come. Some chorizos first to continue with a very good selection of cuts like picanha and lamb among others. Don't miss the NB steak which flavor is out of this world. The paleta de cordero is simply awesome!!! The only thing I didn't like is that they don't serve costela or roasted rib. But they have short rib though and it's very good too. Great selection of wines I'd recommend a "duoro" which is a wine from Portugal that goes perfect with the meat. Having Templo da carne as my favorite place, this has to be the absolute second. I just loved it.
