When I called again I was told that three months ago I had something on my record that was preventing me from getting the rate promised and it was automatically raised. Some customer service, no call, no email, no info at all. In fact, Kim wouldn't return my calls at all anymore unless I called from a different phone number, at which she would ask to call back and never would. I went in a little worried about someone trying to sell me insurance I didn't want, etc. Now, a couple years later, I feel like Melissa is one of my buddies. Melissa is so honest and trustworthy, it seems more natural to call her a friend than "my agent." I have scooter, home, life, all here.
