Located in a trendy part of town (De Pijp), Cabron is well positioned with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity. This is one place in the area you'll want to check out. While my friends and I can't speak to the food, as we only had cocktails, I'll say that the drinks are top notch, and the menu has many great options. It was unfortunate that we weren't hungry enough for a meal, but we really enjoyed sitting at their bar and having a drink. It would appear that this place is pretty new, and based on their world class service, stellar menu, and quality drinks, I expect them to do quite well. If in the area and craving Mexican, this is your spot. If even just for a drink, this place is sure to satisfy. The bartender we met (maybe part owner?) was extremely nice and friendly.
