Walking into the restaurant you might think you ended up at a butcher shop or deli. But like the Transformers, there's more than meets the eye.
The menu is pretty simple and straight forward. You pick your type of meat and the size you'd like to have. You have some nice choices for your wines but I have yet to take a closer look at those (just went with beer this time).
The ribeye seemed like the wise choice and I have to say it did not disappoint. Very juicy and tender. With some restaurants, you can tell they beat the sh&t out of the meat to make cheap meat a little more tender. This piece had no traces of such practices.
The staff (I think it was one of the owners that served us) was pretty laid back and helpful and you can tell they have a serious passion and appreciation for the product.
