She really helped guide me through selecting both the carpet and the LVP, making what could have been an overwhelming process much easier. Rich, the owner, came out personally to do the measurements and took the time to answer all of our questions. When it came to installation, Dylan and Louis were fantastic. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure to answer any additional questions I had along the way. They went above and beyond. The final result looks amazing. We are so pleased, and the entire process--from start to finish--was smooth and stress-free. I have added before and after photos We will absolutely be using Your Floor Store again for future home projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service.

I had a install for my daughters room scheduled between 9-12. I had work at 3 that day. When 12:30 rolled around and no one showed up or called, i gave them a call. They told me the guy was running late and would be there shortly, 1:30 rolled around. Not even a call or anything mind you. 2:30 rolled around. I called again and said this was ridiculous and now they were 2.5 hours late. (Meanwhile I've been waiting since 9am). They said he would be there shortly. I had to call out of work! He finally showed up around 3:30. 3.5 hours late. And not even an apology. The carpet is not even attached all the way in the corner of the closet. It's not even worth trying to have them come back. My mom used them too for her stairs in her house. They said install would be between 1-4. 4:30-no call. I called, they said running late. Same story. Hours go by and not one person follows up to tell me what's going on. They showed up at 6pm. 2.5 hours late again. I would never use this company again because of how unprofessional they are when workers are running late. I lost a day of work and was not compensated by carpet your world in any way. I couldn't even get a phone call letting me know they were running late. Do not use this company unless you have an entire day to wait around for them.

I got my deposit back as promised and then later decided to buy what I had looked at originally, so put down another deposit. I really appreciated that level of customer service. A very nice experienced professional measured the house for carpeting, coming at time of appointment. The installers did a good job with installation. My only complaint would be that the four bedroom doors wouldn't close afterwards and I had to have them trimmed down. I understand that is quite routine, but I didn't find that out from the carpet company themselves, but from someone visiting the house.

He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. We were n the market for new flooring. Starting with replacing our living room carpet…read more We shopped around to a few local flooring stores but weren't pleased with the selections, prices and most important, the sales people. When we walked into this store we met Joe who was very accommodating. He showed us some options but we noticed a remnant that was large enough to fit our living room. My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. Since then, we refinished the floor three times with two different companies, but the result got worse and worse, with dirt trapped under the finish, worn areas becoming bigger, and the overall look of the floor has become "dead" with all the beauty of the oak gone. This summer we decided to redo the floor again and I (very fortuitously) found Mike Callahan of Callahan Brothers. That was the beginning of a very smooth "sailing" to perfect floors and more. Mike came to look at the floors and I told him of several other issues we had in the house. For example, we had problems with rain missing the gutters and getting into the house because of the solar panels on the roof. Mike recommended an outstanding gutter company and suggested what needs to be done (install 6" gutters) which completely fixed the problem. Then, Mike suggested a company that packed and moved our furniture out of the house and a painter who repaired the trims after the floor work and did some other repairs. And now to the central issue of how Mike transformed our floors. His crew under the foreman Carlos covered everything in the house with sheets, sanded the floors and stairs, and worked with us to select the stain color that we liked the most. The result was magnificent. The floors came alive like I have never seen before. On top of that, the crew left the house clean and ready to move back in
