I had a install for my daughters room scheduled between 9-12. I had work at 3 that day. When 12:30 rolled around and no one showed up or called, i gave them a call. They told me the guy was running late and would be there shortly, 1:30 rolled around. Not even a call or anything mind you. 2:30 rolled around. I called again and said this was ridiculous and now they were 2.5 hours late. (Meanwhile I've been waiting since 9am). They said he would be there shortly. I had to call out of work! He finally showed up around 3:30. 3.5 hours late. And not even an apology. The carpet is not even attached all the way in the corner of the closet. It's not even worth trying to have them come back. My mom used them too for her stairs in her house. They said install would be between 1-4. 4:30-no call. I called, they said running late. Same story. Hours go by and not one person follows up to tell me what's going on. They showed up at 6pm. 2.5 hours late again. I would never use this company again because of how unprofessional they are when workers are running late. I lost a day of work and was not compensated by carpet your world in any way. I couldn't even get a phone call letting me know they were running late. Do not use this company unless you have an entire day to wait around for them.

I got my deposit back as promised and then later decided to buy what I had looked at originally, so put down another deposit. I really appreciated that level of customer service. A very nice experienced professional measured the house for carpeting, coming at time of appointment. The installers did a good job with installation. My only complaint would be that the four bedroom doors wouldn't close afterwards and I had to have them trimmed down. I understand that is quite routine, but I didn't find that out from the carpet company themselves, but from someone visiting the house.

Brian came and did all the pre-work for measurements and ordering and was very flexible with installation timeline, as we were scheduling install before our move into the home. Brian had great communication in the lead up to the install, including ensuring delivery & acclimation of flooring materials. His team showed up right on time, communicated exactly what they were going to do and completed the job quickly & efficiently. It took nearly 3 full days to complete the job, but all the while they showed me progress, explained how to care for the floor, and even came back a few weeks later to add additional trim for the stairway leading up, to match the newly installed trim. Brian communicated prior to, during, and after installation to ensure we were happy with our floors and service. The entire team was friendly and did a great job on our project, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring install or other construction related projects. Thanks!

After only four years, my blinds developed three small holes, as if an insect chewed on that section of the blinds. Unfortunately for me, the owner Peter came out and refused to put in a claim with Hunter Douglas. The Hunter Douglas quality is so overrated, both the material and the mechanism are poor quality. I have had to undo the rod that is used to open the blinds because the mechanism was installed incorrectly. Long story short, I replaced the Hunter Douglas blinds with Bali Motorized light filtering shades and was amazed at the quality and the build of the blinds. Hands down so much better quality and better value. I will never recommend Hunter Douglas and Rosanti Flooring, stay away!

They have a large selection of high quality carpet and flooring. Jim measured and a week later, the carpets were installed by Jimmy and Diego. they were extremely professional and neat. They did phenomenal work laying the padding and stretching the carpet to absolute perfection. I asked Jimmy if he could put padding in the closets. Yeah, it's an odd request but he did it which we appreciate. We got the denser 8 lb padding (Spillguard Carpet Cushion by Carpenter) because - from the website: "the 7/16" thick, 8 lb density pads offer a great balance of comfort, carpet longevity, and spill protection." Feels like walking on comfy plushness. Got the color "Chill In The Air". It's a cool combination of tones, like a greige or grey beige. It kind of looks like sand. For reference- the paint color on the wall is Sherwin Williams Embellished Blue which is more of a cool minty green blue tone. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Pat's Carpet- they always do great work whether it's carpeting or flooring. They have a great selection and everyone is professional and awesome to work with.

Rob spoke to us in great length and listened to our needs and concerns about how hard my family is on the floors. We also have a built in wall unit and stairs we asked Rob to match the stain too. He matched the color perfectly. Rob is a perfectionist- so much so that after he sanded my floors, I couldn't believe how beautiful they looked that I decided I needed to leave them their natural color. Rob switched gears and put many coats of very durable clear coat on it. Rob is a clean worker, great at what he does and a super nice guy. so happy for my beautiful floors and Superior Hardwood Floors
