But as we rushed off to the airport 3 hours later, we were wishing we had more time to spend at this beautiful place, and talking about all the things we'd like to do there the next time we visit. We started our morning with a tour of the truly excellent Interpretation Centre, which is the perfect size to get a great overview without being overwhelmed. The information is presented in a very accessible way, and there are plenty of things to touch and buttons to push to keep children engaged. We were also provided with some additional information by a Manuels River facilitator, Madison, who was very knowledgeable and great with our kids. She also provided us with a map and directions to set us up for our hike. The trails are well marked and well groomed and perfect for families - we even brought our stroller along. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. But the highlight for me was searching for trilobite fossils in the shale beds - and actually finding (a small) one! Very unique experience, and my dinosaur-obsessed kids loved every moment.

The room was gorgeous, the two-person Jacuzzi tub was wonderful, and the ability to have breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was very convenient. The only downside is that the manor is not within short walking distance of downtown as their promotional material states, but we had use of a car during our trip so that was not a problem.

You can have breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 AM and you can have it delivered to your room or eat in the large dining room. Our total stay at the manor was about a week. We decided to have breakfast in the room each day and it was tasty. There is a different dish or change in the breakfast each day. The room was clean and they made up the room every day. Also it was really great to have the free wi-fi. I had a great stay, keep up the good work!

It takes only a few minutes to walk from one end to the other, which is where both restrooms are. As you walk, you'll see a few stores and restaurants like Tim Hortons. You'll also pass vending machines with snacks and even electronics thanks to Best Buy. There's plenty of places to sit and one long table to work from with many outlets. There's free wi-fi throughout the airport.

They were just finishing up two reservations, but they let us in. Right away, they treated us like family stopping by often to say hi and check in on us. She's now branched out into the canteen on signal hill, and it shows the same kind of care and deliciousity you find in cupids.
