Wouldn't you expect to feel like your closing was his own? That's what I would expect. And with Scott, you get that and so much more. I have had the pleasure of working with Scott on two closings, the second being of a very delicate nature. I simply cannot use enough superlatives to describe his attention to detail, the depth of his knowledge and experience, and absolute commitment to the entire process. Along with that he has an outgoing gregarious personality without being "over the top." From the first time I met him I felt I had known him for a long time. They undervalue the homes and ask for documents that they have in hand. It's all a ploy to keep you hanging on while they toss your application from department to department. It's getting closer to me closing all accounts , stopping deposits and moving my mortgage. Banks need deposits but they act like it doesn't matter to them. Beware before going too deep with them , they will end up having you run in circles for your own money.
