We have had one great experience with their Apple Strudel, very good crust and top and lots! of apples, and one meh experience with their Rhubarb pie, very bland, very soft crust. However, we always get a little something extra with our bread or roll orders tho not with our Kuchen orders. Friendly service, clean bakery, freshly baked goods every day, good prices. We do go to other bakeries to try out everyone's goods, but we come here regularly due to our continually good experiences.

Der Obstboden war akzeptabel, die beiden anderen Kuchen waren geschmacklich sehr schwach. Die Sahne wurde nach kurzer Zeit ungewöhnlich fest. In der Schwarzwälder waren kaum Kirschen enthalten, Kirschwasser war für mich nicht wahrnehmbar. Vorab wurde mir gesagt, dass keine Fertigmischungen verwendet werden. Der Gesamteindruck ließ bei mir jedoch Zweifel an der handwerklichen Qualität aufkommen. In einem Tortenstück wurde zudem ein Fussel gefunden. Eine Nachfrage blieb ohne Rückmeldung. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich nicht erneut bestellen.

We ate an Apple pie with a nut crust. Tasted good, but not as good as their Rhubarb pie, as this one was a touch too dry due to the fact that the pie is mostly crust and very little apple. However, I would still sit here and watch people and have some coffee and depending on their offerings, a pie.

We went here again with our school group, tho this time, more people chose individual meals rather…read morethan the Daily menu, tho 4 of our group did get the Monday choice, which was the Turkey Curry with fruit and Rice, tho again they got 2 small pieces, bite sized, of cake with icing, so rather disappointing. I ordered the Wiener sausages with German potato salad, no mayo, which was good, tho I have had better at our local butcher. However, the curry meal was delicious, and the Mint Hot chocolate, for 3.50 Euros, was more spoon eating than drinking. Small cup, more espresso sized, but wonderful taste. I enjoyed this chocolate, but this place is not my favorite place. The servers were really nice, tho they did forget one person's order, and the dessert for the daily menu. We were in the back, so kind of out of sight.
