The second one was for my home in Albuquerque, replacing an Allstate policy I had for 20+ years. Allstate would not approve the policy because they could not do an on-site inspection. I told the agent and Allstate customer service that I had a locked gate and had to be present for the inspection. They were suppose the tell the inspector to call for an appointment. Then I get a cancellation letter in the mail effective immediatly. I spent hours on the phone with Allstate, agent and other insurance companies getting replacement policy. Do not trust what the employees of this agency tell you.

We were shocked when we were told that they were dropping our four car insurance policies. Thirty years of loyalty didn't seem to matter. I give State Farm two stars. The second one is for the claims that they covered over the years. I would have liked to give a full five-star rating, but loyalty goes both ways. Beware. If you use the insurance, which you are paying for, you might get dropped, even though that's why we buy insurance, isn't it? State Farm was not a good neighbor in this case.

We have had Allstate insurance for well over 10 years and have not collected on any claims from…read morethis insurance company. I have put in three claims over the years and they also come back with a low ball price under the deductible to make you not collect. Their claims adjuster always says that the damage is minimal and says they will pay $500.00 -$600.00 which means you get nothing with a$1,000.00 deductible. The claims adjusters they use do not even work for Allstate. I have had two roof claims from hail damage with Jodi Rae Moore and they always says there is not enough damage to constitute replacing the roof. My neighbors all around me had damage from hail damage on their roofs and had to get them replaced. They still say that there is no damage. The neighbors I spoke with say that their insurance agents gave them no hassle and helped them out. They all said that there was enough damage to constitute full roof replacement. I really would like everyone to know do not use this company they are scammers. I have asked them to help me out and have never been late on my payments to them. They will gladly take your money, but when it comes to paying you out on a claim they will deny you. Do yourself a really big favor and do not use Jodi Rae Moore Insurance. Unsatisfied customer

We had hail damage to our roof, reported it immediately, mitigated damage, reported it immediately…read moreand got bids to fix the damage. Allstate and Jodi-Rae Moore refused to pay because they said there was no hail damage despite bids stating the opposite, roof leaks inside the house and hail map reports showing hail 1" in size the day in question. Jodi-Rae More's adjuster took 3 weeks to get on the roof. Damage had been mitigated by the time he got there. He came without a ladder the first time, trying to borrow one from neighbors and my tenants. A week or so later came back with one that he couldn't use. Delayed again. He then had a company put a ladder up for him. Keep in mind I have a one story house and I probably could have gotten on top without any ladder at all. We are forced to take this matter to court to get resolved. We have had Allstate for approximately 11 years on the house and don't believe we ever filed a claim. Say no to Jodi-Rae Moore and Allstate. They don't pay but are glad to take your money.
