The only reason this review is three stars is simply because I don't have enough experience yet on a hectic night to provide a fair evaluation. We had a group of five here for dinner/late night.
We ordered primarily from the appetizer menu. But what we got was well-prepared and generous portions. We had octopus, shrimp and mixed ceviches, and some shrimp enchiladas. Also ordered the scallops - which were served semi raw sushi style. Much denser than the scallops I'm used to it home but were quite good and the portions were generous. The wine list was limited but acceptable and fair by Mexican standards pricewise.
All in all a respectable showing - but I will say the ambience was fetching. Kind of a mixed outdoor indoor ambience. Although the music selection was weird. seemed completely out of place with the Decour.
I'd say it's a respectable selection if you're interested in good quality seafood.
while it doesn't knock my socks off from an innovation standpoint - the food preparation and execution-was good. read more
