They both expressed genuine remorse and disappointment for the actions of the agent who worked for them. Brian informed me that he immediately terminated Jonathan Carrilles when he found out what happened, and has notified the appropriate licensing agencies. He has been actively working with the scammed homeowner and through my previous review we are able to identify another person Jonathan Carrilles scammed as well. When you're the owner of a company it's important to deal immediately, honestly and directly when something bad happens. Brian did this and I believe he is a man of high character and integrity. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

If you are thinking about selling your home, I would recommend you call Mark. I reached out to a bunch of "we buy homes for cash" companies July 2021. I had a legal situation going on with the house and I did not feel like continuing to fight. I was given LOTs of offers, but Mark stood out. He asked about the situation and told me honestly to keep on pushing through; the legal battle was almost over. He initiated follow up several times over the next few months offering encouragement and support as needed. He asked for one thing "just let me make an offer, you can say no - but let me at least have a chance to buy the house". Once the legal situation was complete, I called him and set up a walkthrough of the home. I did not sell directly through him, but he helped negotiate a lucrative contract for both KM Homes and myself. End Results, December 2021, I walked away with almost 80k more than I anticipated July of 2021. This is post all costs including the legal battle. If you are reading this - you are probably in a tight situation. You can trust Mark and his associates at KM Homes to (1) be honest and fair and (2) work with you for the maximum opportunity.

We patched up any screw/nail holes we made, but we received a bill for $648 for soap dish and drywall. Which absorbed our deposit and we had to send more money. We also had an ongoing problem with roaches and silver fish, despite several trips from pest control. We could not get out of there fast enough.
