i havent complained for 2 leases. im about to go off. i live with the trash all over. i dealt with…read moremaintenence workers leaving me high and dry with toliets undone for hours. ive dealt with electricity going out in one room and begging for help. ive dealt with constant banging and loud noises over my head for over a year until recently. and only stopped cuz they moved. and once again, i did what i was told to do because i have forced insurance im paying every month when i have insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and dont you know i was charged again when once again i did everything i was supposed to do!!!!!!!!! i would never had renewed my lease if i knew this would continue. i am livid. all year been paying. i dont work here. i live here so im counting on the powers that be to tell me what to do. between flex and management im still screwed. it clearly doesnt matter if you bring another manager in. its the same regardless. i dont know what else to do. ive tried with each manager they have brought in. we dont gaf about community events. tell us what we need to know to make decisions for our lives. and maybe have enough respect for tenants to actually talk to us and not send someone else to help. the indifference is still there. the i dont care still there. the irs not my problem still there. you would think i had section 8 or something and im living here for free and their doing me a favor. im at the point where im starting to think its because im too dark. im literally over it!

We're without AC for 6 weeks in the middle of summer. They brought in 1 to 2 ac units that racked our electric bill up more than three times the normal amount. They told us it was an underground issue and they couldn't even get the builders to come fix it saying they refused. Since then we've encountered so many issues and management is not accommodating or trying to fix the issues. This is supposed to be a non smoking community but there is people that smoke weed here every day. We have to close our doors just so we don't smell it inside. Contractors also were indecent peeing behind the garages in front of me and my 14 month old son while we were out with our dog. Also, our dog got so sick here when we got her because of how many dogs are here and how many people that don't pick up their dog poop.
