It's the kind of wild esoterica shop that you don't see around much, selling everything from coyote skulls to cheeky postcards. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have with Zales online. When I saw that an…read moreitem I wanted was 15% off I decided to buy it only to see when I went to finalize payment on paypal that the 15% off was gone. I called customer service only to be told that there was not 15% off but if I could screen shot the page Zales would honor the discount. I was told to press a print screen button but my keyboard does not have that button. SO, the phone rep said that I could not use discount. When I wrote a letter to customer service they replied by telling me that I had put the item in my cart when there was a discount which was NOT TRUE.....This was my 3rd issue with Zales customer service. I will never trust Zales and I will certainly NEVER buy from them. Apparently Zales doesn't care about their customers. BUYER BEWARE!
